The home was exactly as they described it to be and just what we needed. Windsor Hills is our community of choice and this town home is ideally located between the community pool and playground. The big courtyard behind the house was a lovely surprise, our children ran around and played out there every evening. The splash pool was ideal for us (3 children: ages 3,3 &5). They all learned to swim and were so excited! Lisa always promptly answered all emails and questions, and the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay - there was plenty of room for our family of 5 and we would even have had room for Grandparents! Maybe next time. Highly reccommend Windsor HIlls resort to anyone and especially this particular town house.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

We stayed in this beautiful townhome in May, 2010 for 2 weeks. Lisa was great to deal with and always got back to me when I had any questions prior to our arrival. The pictures posted online are accurate. This 3 bedroom townhome (master and children's Mickey room upstairs, queen bedrm on main level) was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and perfect for our family (we had one bedroom to spare). Our 2 children (ages 2.5 and 6.5 yrs) shared the Mickey bedroom, which they loved! They also had their own Mickey ensuite which was a treat for them as well. The ensuite washroom was nice as well with a comfortable soaker tub. Having the washing machine and dryer in the townhome was excellent...we will pack lighter next time. We all loved the splash pool off of the living room (excellent bonus with little children). For those of you that have young children, Lisa has some baby/toddler equipment that will make your life easier (umbrella stroller, highchair, bed rails etc.) The Windsor Hills 24-hours gated community is beautiful and very well cared for. We saw landscapers out working every day. The large community pool was beautiful and we walked over there (5 minutes or less...depending how fast your kids walk) often for a swim. It is only a 5 minute drive to Disney from Windsor Hills which was a huge bonus for us! We spent 7 days at Disney (loved all of it), 1 day at Busch Gardens (new large Sesame Street section..don't miss Breakfast with Elmo and Friends if you have little ones as it was excellent!), 1 day at SeaWorld and 1 day at a beach). If you have children, invest in a stroller as it is well worth the $$ (our oldest was 6 and he would hop in and out when he wanted). You can move around the parks quickly when they are in the stroller and when it is very hot out kids become tired of walking. TIP: Plan your day the night before! Pick a park that does not have morning magic hours for on-site guests, pick what rides are most important and get your Fast Pass for that when you arrive, if you want to see a particular character, call the park and ask...they will give you the place and time that you can most likely find them! The next time we go to Disney we will be staying in this townhome again!!...hopefully soon :-) We would highly recommend this townhome to friends and relatives!

Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. It was spacious, well decorated, very comfortable and provided quick and easy access to the Disney property. Thank you to the owners for the back-door entry tip! I would recommend this townhouse to anyone wishing to stay off-site. My only small complaint is that a lot of the small necessitites for a short term rental were not provided, like dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters and even salt & pepper. It would have been nice to not have to buy things like that, since they can't be bought in small quantities. So to future renters, just be aware and bring small amounts from home.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this Windsor Hills townhouse. The location and view from the home were fantastic! The owner was wonderful to deal with, responded to all e-mails and phone calls promptly. The home itself was nicely decorated, and provided use of crib, stroller, high chair, ironing board and iron, hair dryer... all of the comforts of home. The splash pool was heaven. The management company was responsive and convenient. I would highly recommend this rental!

07/14/06-07/16/06:In all of our traveling never had we found such perfect accomodations, until now, My husband was so comfortable that he wanted to spend the whole vacation at the townhouse, and the kids were in their own heaven which made for a great vacation for me. We never once regreted our choice. Until or unless we purchase our own vacation place this is our vacation place of choice.

Well, we arrived home safe and sound from our Florida vacation and I though I would send you an email to thank you for the fabulous accommodations. We were very pleased with your home and how you added the extra touch with all your decorations... it felt very much like our home away from home while we were there. We had excellent weather, and our family truly enjoyed swimming at the community pool and using all the wonderful facilites at Windsor Hills. As I mentioned to you previously, we have been traveling to Florida for the past number of years on a regular basis, and I will certainly be in touch with you again, for future stays at your home, as well as to refer anyone we can to you. Exactly as advertised. Very close to the Disneys. (Two to five miles) Also, about 15 mins to Universal and Sea World. We also drove to Busch Gardens in Tampa,less than hour. The resort is great, secure, clean and no vehicle noise. Mystic Dunes Golf course is rated very high and is just five minutes down the road. This townhouse beats any hotel room hands down. It will be difficult to ever stay in a hotel again. We were a family of five. Perfect fit, although the sleeper sofa could accomidate two more. Staying there paid for itself in meals at home, especially breakfast. New washer and dryer really reduces how many clothes you have to pack with you. Having three showers speeds up the morning rush. The property management was convient and very helpful. Lisa, the owner was pleasant and handled the payment process very fairly. Small covered pool was bonus for the kids and parents alike. Your refuge is picked up right outside daily. Now, all true reviews have to have negatives, OK I'll try. Bring or buy when you get there laundry and dish soap and refuge bags. We stayed April 1-10, 2006. We loved it. Thanks Lisa!!!

We have just returned from a vacation at the townhouse and want to let you know how much we enjoyed it. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, well equipped, spacious and in a prime location in the complex...close to the main pool/clubhouse, set back from the main road and with a beautiful backyard view of the common area. We will definately recommend this unit and Windsor Hills to our friends. Thanks for helping to make more magical memories for our family!! Jennifer
