We have thought of everything to make your stay a wonderful experience. With the convenience of home so close to the magic! Located just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee, it really is the closest to Disney and other attractions. Disney is just five minutes away, while Universal and Sea World are only fifteen minutes away.
Enjoy the backyard views from your end unit, with a courtyard area, while you drink your morning coffee or take a dip in the heated splash pool. Walk over to the club house where you can watch a movie in the theater, go swimming in the olympic size walk in pool, or exercize in the fitness center. Play all kinds of games located in the clubhouse, from the arcade, ping-pong, foosball, to pool at the billiards tables. Outdoors there are tennis courts, volleyball, and a playground. You can also pick up a few things you forgot to bring in the Sundry Shop.
In the master suite, relax and unwind in your King-size Bed with nice soft sheets, while you watch a movie on your TV with DVD player. The second bedroom is also very comfortable with a queen-size bed and a TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a 20 inch TV for playing the PlayStation II that is included.
There are bathrooms, with blowdryers, for every bedroom. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a 36 inch TV with cable. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils you would need to whip up breakfast or dinner.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!! We stayed in this townhome in May, 2010 for a couple weeks and went back again May, 2012 for the same amount of time. The 2 story townhome is perfectly located to the amenities within its 5 star gated community, Windsor Hills (4 min walk to pool etc.), 3 minute drive to West Irlo Bronson hwy that has everything you need (great variety of restaurants and stores) and most importantly only a 5 minute drive to the Disney parks!! The townhome is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The beds are comfortable, washer & dryer, tvs, free wireless internet etc.. There is a lot of comfortable seating in the living room and the kitchen has everything that you need. The townhome is an end unit that backs onto a grass court yard. The Windsor Hills community is beautiful, safe and very well cared for. Either the private screened in splash pool off (with child safety fence) or the large Windsor Hills pool is a must to cool off after a long day at the parks. If you have children they will love swimming in the pools (there is a zero-entry area at the large pool if you have younger children) and there is even a Windsor Hills park, pool tables/arcades, fitness room and a movie theatre. The homeowner, Lisa, is excellent to deal with. She truly cares about keeping her townhome clean and making sure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Lisa has always responded quickly to any of my emails or phone calls. We have been recommending this townhome to all of our friends since we first stayed here in 2010! I have to say what an excellent place you have , your new photos really do not do it justice . the rooms were actually bigger than we were expecting from the photos . Windsor hills is an excellent location & this home has a lovely view out of the back from the swimming pool . we were so impressed with the place that the only negative we could come up with was that the clothes dryer was rather small for 6 peoples washing !!! . That's how good it was . Thanks for letting us use you home for a lovely 2 weeks & will certainly like to stay again in the future if you will have us !!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Just wanted to write about the updates that we have done to our home so far this year. Finally had a chance to make it to FL for a few days. All of the photos where taken end of January 2013. So this is what everything looks like as of now. We replaced a few missing and used items. Coffee pot, toaster, dish towels, skillets, in the kitchen. New bedding and towels for bed and baths. The entire house was deep cleaned. Carpets were cleaned and everything dusted. Cabinets wiped down. Removed most of the fake plants. Dusted the remaining ones. Touched up paint in all rooms. We would also like to address the pest comment. Although our management was spraying every month, we decided to hire a professional to treat the house just to make sure. Also to have a record of when it was done. Still planning to do more updates over the year. Will keep you posted. Will also try to get new guest comments. We have been getting emails from recent guests letting us know that they enjoyed their stay. I did take photos of guests comments left in our guestbook at the townhouse. Whew, finally a few minutes to send a well deserved thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Everything was great….great location, great facilities, beautiful home, comfortable beds and oh so quiet. The pics are very accurate. We found the property very clean and well maintained. This being an end unit made it heaven. This was our first “off property” trip to Disney in the past 5 years as a prelude to our Caribbean cruise. We loved the place so much our co-workers are tired of hearing about it. I think you’ve ruined us for “on property” vacations in the future! Comfy beds, lots of space, private bathrooms for each of us and our kids loved the splash pool...and they're teenagers! How can you beat the price!! Mike has 2 coworkers looking at Disney trips next spring and has shared your wonderful opportunity with them. We hope that they will take advantage of your beautiful home. Thank you again. I recently took my family, including two teenagers who by no means have a white glove standard to stay in this 3BR Windsor HIlls condo.. I very rarely write reviews as I feel like condos are a little like pot luck- sometimes a dish is great, sometimes not so much. But this time I feel like our experience in this condo is worth sharing. Not so great is unfortunately a great understatement. We have stayed in Windsor Hills several times before, and it has always been wonderful- so close to Disney, easy access, wonderful clubhouse and pool etc. This condo, however, has not been well taken care of. We walked in and the place was quite dirty. The floors were sticky, and I’m not sure the walls have ever seen a rag, let alone a paintbrush. Marks and filth are everywhere. Nobody was willing to step on the carpet with bare feet because it was so dirty- wondering if it has ever been cleaned. My teenage kids refused to shower in their shower because it was so filthy and didn’t even drain. The bathrooms were gross. We had to roll away the nasty bathroom rugs because they were so filthy. Towels looked as though they had just been rehung after the last guest. The daily cockroaches that joined us in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even our beds were beyond disgusting.- probably attracted to the filth. We put everything away, even cereal in the refrigerator hoping to avoid seeing more. I pulled dish after dish out of the cupboard that looked like it had just been put back in without ever being rinsed, let alone washed. The layers of dust on the endless silk plants, blinds, tables, and any other surface showed that the place hadn’t been cleaned in months. Unfortunately I used up the savings I thought I had made by renting a condo and spent hundreds of extra dollars having to eat out because we didn’t feel comfortable enough to cook and sit and eat in the condo. We barely wanted to be there. And even at night the beds were uncomfortable and squeak something awful. And my daughter was appalled to find a cockroach in the bed. I tried to explain the trouble to the owner. She of course found it hard to believe but ultimately agreed to send me part of my money back the next week. That was 26 days ago. Haven't seen a dime. I'm sure she thought I would forget. Having a vacation ruined isn't something you easily forget. If I were you, I would look elsewhere. We have stayed in several other wonderful Windsor Hills condos. The area is great, just not this oneOwner response: We strive to make our home nice. We have a wonderful reputation. Many of our guests have stayed there more than we have! As we don’t get to visit as often as we would like, we rely on our guests to let us know when there is a problem. This guest never called me or our management about any issues until after returning home. I would not have stayed in a place as she described for 1 night let alone 11. Things she has commented on could have been resolved if she would have contacted us. The guests from week before and after her both sent emails thanking us for a wonderful stay and that everything was great. Last post was from 2011, but I get emails from most of our guests letting us know how nice everything was and that they will be returning. A guest that stayed in June just booked her second stay for next June. The posts that we do have are all top ratings. I appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to ask these guests to write a review. There are page after page of very nice comments in our in house guestbook. Because of this post, I will be asking previous guests for reviews. Also have reviews listed elsewhere. We have been booked for some time and planned to do a deep cleaning this month. It is scheduled for this week during a break. Scuff marks on white walls were touched up last week, but plan to paint everything a more durable color in Nov. Repaired drain and replaced shower liners. Bathmats that a guest put in have been disposed of. Ordered new bath towels and pots for the kitchen. Will be removing fake plants and posting new photos of improvements in November. A guest from first week of July let us know that there was a small hole where pests were coming in by front door. It was taken care of during their stay. We have pest control service that comes in monthly, treated again this week just to make sure. Friends stayed the end of August, did not see any pests. I know this is a very important matter and will be asking all guests about it. Want to reassure you that there is no way it could be as she has described. I am usually very quick to get back with emails. But we were dealing with Hurricane Isaac, here in South Louisiana. The reviews are set up to help guests in making their decisions. It should be fair and honest. Our record does say a lot about us and our home. I hope that this one post does not change your mind about staying there. The home was exactly as they described it to be and just what we needed. Windsor Hills is our community of choice and this town home is ideally located between the community pool and playground. The big courtyard behind the house was a lovely surprise, our children ran around and played out there every evening. The splash pool was ideal for us (3 children: ages 3,3 &5). They all learned to swim and were so excited! Lisa always promptly answered all emails and questions, and the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay - there was plenty of room for our family of 5 and we would even have had room for Grandparents! Maybe next time. Highly reccommend Windsor HIlls resort to anyone and especially this particular town house.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We stayed in this beautiful townhome in May, 2010 for 2 weeks. Lisa was great to deal with and always got back to me when I had any questions prior to our arrival. The pictures posted online are accurate. This 3 bedroom townhome (master and children's Mickey room upstairs, queen bedrm on main level) was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and perfect for our family (we had one bedroom to spare). Our 2 children (ages 2.5 and 6.5 yrs) shared the Mickey bedroom, which they loved! They also had their own Mickey ensuite which was a treat for them as well. The ensuite washroom was nice as well with a comfortable soaker tub. Having the washing machine and dryer in the townhome was excellent...we will pack lighter next time. We all loved the splash pool off of the living room (excellent bonus with little children). For those of you that have young children, Lisa has some baby/toddler equipment that will make your life easier (umbrella stroller, highchair, bed rails etc.) The Windsor Hills 24-hours gated community is beautiful and very well cared for. We saw landscapers out working every day. The large community pool was beautiful and we walked over there (5 minutes or less...depending how fast your kids walk) often for a swim. It is only a 5 minute drive to Disney from Windsor Hills which was a huge bonus for us! We spent 7 days at Disney (loved all of it), 1 day at Busch Gardens (new large Sesame Street section..don't miss Breakfast with Elmo and Friends if you have little ones as it was excellent!), 1 day at SeaWorld and 1 day at a beach). If you have children, invest in a stroller as it is well worth the $$ (our oldest was 6 and he would hop in and out when he wanted). You can move around the parks quickly when they are in the stroller and when it is very hot out kids become tired of walking. TIP: Plan your day the night before! Pick a park that does not have morning magic hours for on-site guests, pick what rides are most important and get your Fast Pass for that when you arrive, if you want to see a particular character, call the park and ask...they will give you the place and time that you can most likely find them! The next time we go to Disney we will be staying in this townhome again!!...hopefully soon :-) We would highly recommend this townhome to friends and relatives!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. It was spacious, well decorated, very comfortable and provided quick and easy access to the Disney property. Thank you to the owners for the back-door entry tip! I would recommend this townhouse to anyone wishing to stay off-site. My only small complaint is that a lot of the small necessitites for a short term rental were not provided, like dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters and even salt & pepper. It would have been nice to not have to buy things like that, since they can't be bought in small quantities. We just returned from a wonderful stay at this Windsor Hills townhouse. The location and view from the home were fantastic! The owner was wonderful to deal with, responded to all e-mails and phone calls promptly. The home itself was nicely decorated, and provided use of crib, stroller, high chair, ironing board and iron, hair dryer... all of the comforts of home. The splash pool was heaven. 07/14/06-07/16/06:In all of our traveling never had we found such perfect accomodations, until now, My husband was so comfortable that he wanted to spend the whole vacation at the townhouse, and the kids were in their own heaven which made for a great vacation for me.
