We love to travel, and we just loved the Feel of the Town of 'Taos'. As soon as we drive into Town we feel like our blood pressure Drops 30 points. We come to Taos a couple of times a year and always try to book this casita. It has everything you could want in a vacation casita. Great location. Great amenities. It feels like home away from home. Lambert's, Graham's Grill, Doc Martin's and the Adobe Bar are only a few of the great places to eat. The picture of the Casita are great, and it is always a pleasant surprise to find the actual property nicer than the pictures.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Charming Casita, great location, all amenities needed for an enjoyable stay.

We thoughly enjoyed our stay at this attractive and well furnished rental in the historic district of Taos. It is a perfect size for two people. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on the chilly October mornings & evenings. The location was very quiet, no traffic or people noise although it is next to Kit Carson Park. The Park was a bonus with walking trails and open space. The owner recommended many restaurants and we tried most, which were good to outstanding. The Love Apple was our favorite. We would recommend a visit to Ghost Ranch, the Taos Pueblo and a drive on the High Road to Taos. We would definitely return to this house.

This was a perfect, clean place in an excellent location for all things down town Taos. We spent a lot of time on very pleasant stone patio grilling and taking a load off at the end of each day. The kitchen had everything we needed to do meals "at home" The owner was very responsive and helpful. We plan to return next fall and would recommend this for a couple who prefer a quiet, in town location.

We stayed in this lovely casita in mid-August. Great location, just a short walk to square and restaurants. You definitely want to eat at Graham's Grill. You will love this little house from the private courtyard to the beautiful southwest decor and well-stocked kitchen. Can't wait to go back.

My husband I just loved this place. The location to town was perfect. Two blocks away, but at the end of a very quiet street. We found it to be very roomy and comfortable. Thumbs up to the decorator. Steve was very easy to work with and extreamly helpful. This was a lovely experience and we would absolutely stay here again if in Taos

I hesitate to encourage others to book this place, as it could result in more difficulty in finding a place next time... but, it was great!! Location was excellent, close to the plaza, Kit Carson Park, great dining, easy bike rides (The bike shop on the main drag took good care of us), easy access to 64 and the ski hill. Property: authentic, clean, stocked with everything you need. Owners: Nice folks, responsive and helpful. Payment: No credit card thing was a surprise, but it was definitely worth it!! We'll be back.
