This newer, two-story home is beautifully appointed with breathtaking views perfectly located in Lincoln City, Oregon on the spectacular Oregon Coast! Jim's Folly has beds for ten people and two sleeper sofas (one queen and one full). Jim's Folly is ideal for groups, family reunions, retreats, and multi-family gatherings.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a mattress that will melt away your cares of the day, a Jacuzzi tub where you can listen to the sounds of the waves and a spacious dressing room.
The great room and dining room are open, spacious, and bright on the upper floor. The views will take your breath away! There's even a Butler's Pantry with a mini fridge,microwave and sink on the second floor for added convenience. The dining room table has chairs for eight, however additional chairs from the kitchen can be added.
The kitchen has appliances, dishes, pans and fantastic cook space perfect for the chef within you. The kitchen also has a cozy eating area. There is a family room with a TV, DVD/VCR, and sleeper sofa just off one of the bedrooms with it's own private bath - making it perfect for the kids or "grandparents suite."
The front bedroom has one queen and two twins. You can be lulled off to dreamland while you listen to the waves crashing down below. The middle bedroom also has a queen with the same wonderful sounds of the waves.
The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer and utility sink for added convenience.
A short walk to the sand - beach access is about three blocks away. At low tides, you can search the tide pools for starfish, shells and agates. Bring your rod and fish or just swim and wade in the surf. Abundant driftwood allows for cozy romantic beach fires in the evening. This property is located minutes away from two 18-hole golf courses (Lakeside and Salishan).
It is a perfect home for every occasion.
Parking is available on the property for four vehicles.
No smoking and pets are allowed on a case by case basis. An increased deposit is required if pet is appoved to come.

$250 refundable deposit due upon booking. Rental fee and $190 cleaning fee
due 60 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled within 60 days of
arrival then entire fee is forfeited. If cancelled prior to 60 days from arrival
then deposit is forfeited or applied to a new reservation.
Peak = Mar 15-Oct 31:$265/night-$1750/week ($199/night is current special)
Nov 01-Mar 14: $205-$265/night(see special) (depending on mo.) .. $1395-$1750/week
3 night minimum for holidays. rates do not include 9.5% transient room tax

there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the great room and a full size sleeper sofa downstairs so the house can sleep 13.
