A beautiful home with a great location that is very well maintained. This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for comfort and conveniece and an awesome place to stay. We fully enjoyed our stay and the owner was very easy to work with.

Great Girls Vacation & Family Vacation

Loved the townhouse! We had a girls vacation for the first part of the stay then my family came. Great for young kids, they loved the bunk beds. The garage was a great asset where you could park two cars and leave all your beach items and not bring sand through the house. Hurricane Irene forced us to leave early but the owner was very accommodating. The property was very clean and plenty of places in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to others!

Shocked after we left

We packed our car at 10am check out, and waited for the cleaning lady who showed up at 10:45am. We get an email saying late check out? Then they kept part of the deposit with some generic statements about things were out of place??? what things?? nothing specific was mentioned, they said it took 2 extra hours to clean?? We washed everything down and swept every room. They should just charge more than claiming people trashed the place. We cleaned the place twice, once Friday afternoon and again Saturday morning. They claimed food was in ever room which was false, my 74 year old father and my wife were the only ones there the last two days. The steps are very difficult if you have older people staying there. Good location and it was nice they had beach chairs for you to use.

Owner response:We are disappointed that this guest did not feel they were treated fairly. This was the first time in our 6 year ownership that we had to retain a partial security deposit ($150). This money was used to repair a broken bed rail and pay for an additional 1.5 hours of cleaning to restore the house to a rentable condition. All other reviews and comments in our on-site comment book confirm that our home is a great place to stay and guests are treated in a fair manner. Dave and Tina Vietri Owners

This was our family's first visit to Ocean City. The townhome was beautiful and very well equipted with everything you could possibly need. We were so glad that we didn't need to pack beach chairs or sand toys. There was a great collection in the garage, and our kids enjoyed playing with all the borrowed toys. There was even a handy cart to wheel everything the short distance to the beach. The home was just fantastic and we hope to visit again!

We have stayed at this property for 5+ years now and have loved every visit! The property is always clean and its also very conveinent to a lot to restaurants, bars/clubs and the beach. Highly recommended!

We stayed the first weekend in April and had a great time!! We were in town for a cheerleading competition!! The house was perfect for 2 families and a Grandmom!! We had 4 cheerleaders with us!! There was more than enough room for all of us!! The house was very well maintained!! Dave was great to work with, answered all of our questions and concerns!!! This is an awesome place to stay at any time during the year. It is very conveniently located and is very spacious and beautiful. Everything is listed perfectly on the website and pictures don't say enough until you see this place first hand. The owner is great to work with and we would most definitely stay here in the future

Our stay was slightly delayed by Hurricane Irene... but the homeowners were extremely accommodating and made sure everything would be safe & ready for our trip. Once we finally made it to OCMD, we had a blast. The house was perfect for our family of 8, with 6 children ranging in age from 6 to 12. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, and cookware for our large family. (This can sometimes be hard to find!) We loved the beach and loved having several restaurants and stores within walking distance. We appreciated the comfortable beds, the extra sand toys and beach chairs, and the relaxing nights on the decks. Overall, a terrific family vacation with nothing but positive memories!

Our family had a wonderful time in this rental! The home was just beautiful!!!! Would recommend to anyone who would like to be close to the beach!! The pool was nice for the little ones we travelled with! Great communication w/ the owners as well!
