Located just off Manatee Avenue in a quiet area of Northwest Bradenton, this 1600 sq. ft. home is well-equipped, and has many new appliances, including a flat screen TV, a 32 inch tv two DVD/VCRs, CD player/stereo and more. HI SPEED INTERNET HOOKUP and local and long distance calls included. This home is also child-friendly and is equipped with a portable crib, high-chair and stroller.
Enter the front door to a spacious living and dining area and you will immediately feel at home. Enjoy breakfast and the paper every morning on the screened lanai, and dinner from the BBQ grill. The family room has another TV and dvd/vcr for your enjoyment. There is a separate laundry area with a washer and dryer. If gardening is your interest, there is a large fenced backyard with a variety of flowers to enjoy. All linens, towels and cookware are included. The driveway has room for two cars and the street is very quiet. The house is adjacent to a church and there is a large lot in between, so privacy abounds as well.
The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, cable TV private bath and a walk in closet The middle bedroom has a full-sized select comfort bed, ample closet space and the front bedroom has a single sized bed with built-in shelving and plenty of closet space. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans as well. The family room has a Queen-sized pull-out sofa-bed, a 24 inch flat screen TV and a dvd/vcr. Pets will be considered at additional charges.
The magnificent Gulf of Mexico beaches are only ten minutes away. There are a variety of places to shop nearby, including one of the country’s largest outlet malls, located in Ellenton, 15 minutes away. There are numerous public award winning golf courses in the area. A variety of restaurants are nearby that include wonderful home cooking from mom and pop restaurants, to five star dining.
Sarasota (Ringling Museum, Jungle Gardens and Siesta Key) is 10 minutes away! Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are only 90 minutes away! Busch Gardens, Aquarium only 45 minutes away. There are also plenty of fishing charters, sightseeing cruises, sunset cruises, kayaking, canoe tours and parasailing available for the water lovers!
