This is a remodeled 1650 sf, 3 bedroom + plus den, 3 bath townhome across the street from Keystone Village. Walk to the Village via the pedestrian tunnel, or ride the free shuttle to the ski lifts. The shuttle pick-up is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door, and it will drop you off at the Peru Lift at Mountain House. The Keystone Conference Center is an easy walk (5 minutes) from the front door.
Pool & hot tub remodeled in 2010! The large outdoor pool is heated and open all year; the hot tub and sauna are indoor, next to the pool, and open all year. All are a short 1 minute walk from condo. Gas grill available for use on the deck.
New 42" HDTV in family room, 32" TV in master Br, (smaller TVs in other br) cable with HBO, HD channels, PPV, and wireless high-speed Internet. Movies and games for both young and old are provided. Playstation 2 with several games is connected to family room TV. Many books available to read and take if you dont finish.
Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has a King bed and dresser.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) has 2 full beds and dresser.
Master Bedroom (upstairs) has a King bed, and 2 dressers.
The Den (downstairs) has an office area and a Queen futon.
The Family room has a Queen sleeper sofa.
All bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
The Den is a separate room, yet open to the family room. Its great place to plug in your laptop and check emails or browse. Use the wireless (WEP address provided).
The townhome has been fully remodeled and features stainless appliances and comfy leather furniture.
This is the perfect place for the large family looking for a big, comfy, close and affordable place to stay in Keystone. For family-stay convenience, a pack-n-play, high chair and booster seat are stored in the Bedroom 1 closet. There are games, crayons, a train set, books, puzzles and more all in the house.
The property is professionaly managed by a local property management company. They are available 24-hrs and take care of payment, keys, directions, and any maintenance request. They also take credit cards for payment/deposit.

Lots of wonderful walkways with little streams and serenity, great hot tub, very comfortable living area and furniture, clean and modern,LOVE the beds, well stocked kitchen and super quite.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a full house (it sleeps 12) plus a small baby. We were very comfortable. The condo was spacious and had nice touches like a pack n play, high chair, sleds and games. Big TV for those who weren't skiing or skating. We were told by the rental company that the pool may not be open, but it was and it is a great pool and hot tub area. We could walk to the lake for skating and the shuttle bus was easy to take us to the hill. What a great price for this large condo! We will be back for sure!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at one of the largest and most updated condos in Keystone over Christmas in 2009. The spacious rental was very well maintained and conveniently located and surpassed its description on the website. The property is in tip top condition with every amenity you can think of present for your comfort. The owners were extremely easy to work with and made the experience of securing my time there a pleasure. I would return to this space in a heartbeat; next time with even more friends as it sleeps 12! Thank you owners, for sharing your space with us!

Very roomy, clean, comfortable home away from home. Perfect for our 2 families (8 total and room to spare) with enough kitchen and living seating for all. Extra amenities with spices in cabinets, ski storage, and laundry detergent were handy. Kids enjoyed sled. Shuttle is very convenient and quick. Would rent again no question!
