  My husband and I returned to this little gem again this year and stayed for 2 months. We absolutely love this quaint little Mexican condo. John, as always, is very helpful and Alicia, the woman that cleans the unit keeps it fresh and clean. The street is quiet and you are literally a 5 minute walk from all the excitement Puerto Vallarta has to offer. We can't wait to return next year.

  We had such a great time in Casa De Carmen! This condo is the perfect experience if you want to rent a small, clean, comfortable, well lit apartment in the heart of the romantic zone. If you are looking for a luxury all inclusive resort-don't stay here. If you are looking for an apartment you wish you lived in, with colorful cheery decor, located on a quiet tranquil street, look no further. At night you can open the balcony door and watch the sun set over the ocean while you cook dinner in the brightly tiled kitchen. A three minute walk will bring you to the more party filled area of the neighborhood, but the condo is on a quiet beautiful floral lined street., Amapas The California king bed was more comfortable than our bed at home and the space was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful at night, but a two minute walk will bring you to the fabulous and fun gay beach side club and resort Blue Chairs. I have already recommended this condo to friends traveling to PV and next time my partner and I travel to PV we will stay here again!!

  My husband and I spent 6 weeks here and absolutely loved it. The unit had a very functional kitchen with every utensil you could possibly need. The bedroom was exceptionally quiet and dark (if you wished) and had a very comfortable king bed. The bathroom was quite modern with a lovely, big shower. The balcony was huge and allowed us to see the ocean through the narrow street leading down to it. We ate many of our home cooked meals out there. Because it was the lowest condo in the building the steps weren't too bad to climb. Just a bit of a workout!! It is also in a excellent location - close to beaches, restaurants, and the Malecon. John, the owner, was extremelly nice and always very helpful. We cannot wait to return next year.

  i stayed for a week in this condo. quiet, very quiet, very nice furnishings, and the hotel brisas del mar, to which it is attatched was great. nice pool, and serve a great breakfast on the roof top by the pool. views were fantastic. there are alot of stairs, but great exercise after eating all the great food. i am staying here again in april, and will every chance i get. for the cost, i won't go anywhere else. i met john the owner, and he is very accomodating, and will answer any questions about town,if he knows them. great people in the complex also
