Welcome to Casa de Carmen at Los Muertos Beach! My Condo was named after the infamous Carmen Miranda. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium located at Brisas del Mar Hotel at #10 Privada Abedul #512 in Amapas in Old Town of Puerto Vallarta. It has just been renovated with all new appliances and a new marble bathroom.

My balcony has a view down to the Bay and is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to Olas Altas or Blue Chairs Resort. The Hotel staff at Brisas del Mar Hotel is more than happy to assist you or many of my wonderful friends, including Puerto Vallarta's beloved Ida Slapter. My condo is located near many fine restaurants and attractions. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I can accept Payment via Paypal or via money order. Deposit of 50% due at reservation and total amout due 60 days prior to arrival. Money is nonrefundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.

  • i stayed for a week in this condo. quiet, very quiet, very nice furnishings, and the hotel brisas del mar, to which it is attatched was great. nice pool, and serve a great breakfast on the roof top by the pool. views were fantastic. there are alot of stairs, but great exercise after eating all the great food. i am staying here again in april, and will every chance i get. for the cost, i won't go anywhere else. i met john the owner, and he is very accomodating, and will answer any questions about town,if he knows them. great people in the complex also
