The excellent Crown Colony Golf and Country Club has a beautifully-maintained 18-hole Championship Golf Course, designed by Ron Garl, with club house, lighted tennis courts, well-equipped fitness centre and expansive pool. The club house features formal and casual dining, casual grille, bar and well-stocked pro shop. Beneficial use of the owner’s membership of the Golf and Country Club is available for all guests who lease the villa.The Club also has reciprocal facilities with 35 golf clubs in the Fort Myers/Naples area.
Within easy driving distance are the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers, with its 7 miles of pink sand, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and the J N Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. Just a short drive away are numerous Cinemas, the Edison Ford Winter Home and Gardens, the Edison Shopping Mall, the Bell Tower Shopping Mall, and the Shopping Outlet stores at Sanibel and Miromar. Concerts and theatre are at the Barbara Mann Arts Center. Very close by are excellent grocery stores, restaurants, shops, libraries, and the Lee Memorial Health Park.
This 2400 square feet home is bright, spacious and has large rooms with full air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and copious storage. The comfortable Great Room has 2 sofas and recliner armchair, a buffet and an entertainment center, with 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player and Sony CD, tape and radio system. Double sliding doors lead to the spectacular 28' private pool and spa. The pool deck has a covered area with a dining suite for 6 people and a gas-fired barbeque allowing elegant dining poolside. Casual chairs and loungers are also available for more informal relaxation and entertaining.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a Whirlpool Gold double door fridge and freezer with indoor water and ice-maker and a breakfast bar with chairs. Next to the kitchen is the Morning Room with a dining suite seating 4 people. A separate utility room has Kitchen Aid washing machine and dryer, and links the kitchen with the double garage.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, chest of drawers, TV and phone and a private door to the screened lanai. There are large walk-in wardrobes and the bathroom contains double basin, separate bath, shower and WC as well as a linen cupboard. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, built-in wardrobe, TV, DVD and phone, chest of drawers and an adjacent bath/shower, basin and WC. The 3rd room contains a luxury sofa bed by Robb and Stuckey, phone,desk and chair and can be used either as a third bedroom or as a den/study, with high speed Internet access from Comcast.
The villa is equipped with a security alarm. Smoking is allowed outside.Pets are not allowed.

Refundable deposit of $750 secures reservation; Cleaning & management fee is $250.
50% of rental is payable 60 days before arrival and 50% is payable 15 days before.
Florida sales and tourist tax is 11% for rentals less than 6 months.
Rentals are paid by credit or debit card using Paypal.
Temporary membership of the Golf and Country Club is available
at a cost of $200, paid to the Club.
