This attractively decorated unit is rented fully furnished, including ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Our condo has just been completely renovated and updated, and has many extras that you won't find in any other. We have a 42 inch TV with VHS/DVD players in the main room, and wall mounted TV's in both bedrooms (master bedroom 21" flat screen). There is DSL internet connection available. We have new cabinets and furniture throughout. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony from the living room, and there is balcony furniture for 4 guests.
The Master bedroom, which overlooks the beach and ocean, contains a King size bed, and large chest drawers. A wall mounted LCD TV is viewed from the bed with remote control. This room adjoins the Master bath with a large walk-in shower. There is ample closet space, and plenty of clean linens and towels.
The 2nd bedroom contains twin beds or converted King size bed, and opens into the 2nd bath, which has a bathtub and shower combination. There is also a wall mounted TV in this room, operated by remote control.
The kitchen, as well as the living room, has a wide open view of the ocean and beach from all angles. The kitchen is furnished with all the modern conveniences, including dishes, glassware, tableware, and utensils. The laundry room contains a stack washer and dryer.
The building exterior has recently undergone a million dollar renovation. There is a heated pool located away from the beach that enables you to sun bathe even when the wind and sand are blowing. There is also covered parking on the ground floor.
