The Beach Lodge is perfect for large families. When you step outside your door, you will find your own patio set to enjoy meals or cocktails. Just a short walk will take you past our pool area and through the lush landscape that leads straight to the Gulf of Mexico! For those staying in the Beach Lodge, there is a reserved ocean front pavilion that has enough seating for six. A perfect spot to enjoy meals, cocktails, hang out under the lights at night or just take in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico views and sunsets! The property also has a heated/chilled pool with relaxing waterfall feature, beautiful paver pathway leading to the private beach area and an additional grilling area for a total of two grilling stations.

The ground level of the Beach Lodge has a full kitchen with dining set and living room with large sectional couch. The second level of the cottage features three bedrooms and two full baths, the main bath has a shower/tub combo with ocean views through the window and the second full bath has a large shower and is in the Master bedroom.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed with ocean views through the window and the third bedroom has two bunk beds, each have a full bed on bottom and a twin sized bed on top allowing this room to sleep up to six and is accessible through the king bedroom. Another perk to staying at the Beach Lodge is having a patio set with umbrella directly to the left of the cottage entrance and a beach front covered pavilion with plenty of cushioned seating.

For even larger families, we have a studio unit, the Key West that can be accessed from the Beach Lodge kitchen and living room. It has a queen bed, full size futon, dining set, full kitchen and 1 full bath. It also has a patio set right outside of it's entrance. This studio sleeps up to four guests. Please contact us for deals on renting both or visit the listing for Beach Lodge + Studio at The Arbors listing. This would then sleep up to a total of 12 guests with three full baths! Great for large or multiple families.

*Pet policy* We can accept 1 small dog that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental with paid non refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

The Arbors resort has four separate cottages, five total and has a heated and chilled pool, outdoor dining table for each cottage, towel stands for your beach and swim gear, shared free onsite laundry, shuffleboards, private beach front area, two shared gas grills and mature lush landscape truly giving a unique vacation experience. We have frequent guests who come with extended family to celebrate anniversaries, weddings, family reunions and holidays. Guests can stay in separate cottages but share the outdoor living spaces. Some large groups prefer to rent the entire complex under "Arbors Seaside Cottages Complex"- this way it can sleep up to thirty guests.

It is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub, and VIP Mexican (previously Aqua Prime) You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Slyce Pizza Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located close by.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
