Come vacation in style in our recently renovated, spacious, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium. Located on the Four O' Clock ski run. Sleeps 1-4. This true, ski-in/ski-out condominium is tastefully furnished with beautiful hand-painted pieces, ski country artwork and comfortable furniture. Savings are passed along to you because we don't have to pay management company fees !!If you're looking for a premo location and an up scale place to stay our unit is for you!
After a hard day playing, kick back and relax by the cozy wood-burning stove. Our condominium is stocked with plenty of wood and fire starting items for your convenience. Watch TV or a movie - DVD or video and enjoy the surround sound on the stereo. The comfy couch makes up into a queen-size bed for family or friends.
The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new alder cabinets, granite counter tops, and appliances. Fully stocked for ease in cooking, we think you will find every thing you need to make great meals away from home.
At the end of the evening slip into a wonderfully comfortable queen-size bed with down comforter and quality linens. Or you can curl up with a good book in the window seat. The bedroom is equipped with a TV/DVD player and good-size closet.
We have supplied our unit with humidifiers to help make the transition to the dry environment of Colorado easier. Enjoy filtered water from the refrigerator. The washer and dryer make life easy because they are located in the unit. A ski/board lock is right outside the front door.
In the winter walk across the street to the run and ski down to the snowflake lift. In the summer take a hike or mountain bike ride up that same trail for a spectacular view of the Rockies. A truly peaceful setting but also very convenient to the town three blocks away. An easy walk or free Tyra shuttle ride.
In the summer we especially enjoy having coffee on the deck overlooking the quaint town of Breckenridge and the awesome view of Mount Baldy. We know you will love staying in our condominium as much as we do!
