Huge back raised palapa(perfect for outdoor dining) with view to the mountains. Smaller front deck (palapa) with view to Punta Gorda and the Sea of Cortez. Third huge side deck with white water and mountain views. Large mosiac tiled pool in backyard with complete privacy. Eight minute walk to beach but away from the traffic noise of the highway. Three private bedrooms, two with Queen beds and one with King bed Seperate fourth upstairs bedroom with queen trundle bed or 2 double beds. Decorated in true Mexican Casita style with all the accouturements to make your stay in Los Cabos memorable. Parking for several cars available. No shortage of things to do here with world class fishing, surfing, golf, and diving at your fingertips. Eight minute walk to the beach to enjoy one of the best stretches of sand anywhere in the world. World class surfing at Zippers, The Rock and Old Mans within three minutes by car. Venture out (45 min.) to the East Cape to find waves and beaches to yourself. Five minutes to Pamilla and Cabo Real, judged two of the finest golf courses in the world. Two well kept tennis courts within fifty yards of the house. Twenty minutes to Cabo San Lucas if you want to party till the wee hours or catch Marlin or Tuna. Ten minutes to the charming colonial town of San Jose del Cabo and its wonderful, quaint shops and restaurants. Ten minutes to the new Marina at Puerto de los Cabos for fishing charters or boat launching.

Year Purchased: 2004
Harland W. "Pete" Koch and my wife Melissa live in Laguna Hills, Ca. (The South O.C.). We have four boys, three out of the nest and one stragler left. We've been blessed with two grand daughters and one grand son to date.
I am a construction consultant, expert witness and have my own construction company. Melissa holds down the fort and cooks up a storm. We love to share our little secret (San Jose del Cabo and Casa Dolphin)with others.
Why the Owner Chose La Jolla de Los Cabos
We absoultly love the San Jose del Cabo corridor area. The weather is great, the air is clean, the Sea of Cortez is the most beautiful cobalt blue color, The water is crystal clear, the local people are truely wonderful, there's plenty of surf in the summer months, the fishing is fantastic, the golf is out of this world, you can see the stars at night, the meeting of the desert and the sea is magical, the wild life is abundant and frankly, we could all learn something about how to slow down and enjoy the simpler things in life.
Contrary to popular belief there is no "Swine Flu" and there is no problem with the Narcos in Southern Baja. The crime rate here is lower than wherever your reading this. There is another side to Baja Sur, other than the wild party town in Cabo San Lucas.
