Eight minute walk to the beach to enjoy one of the best stretches of sand anywhere in the world. World class surfing at Zippers, The Rock and Old Mans within three minutes by car. Venture out (45 min.) to the East Cape to find waves and beaches to yourself. Five minutes to Pamilla and Cabo Real, judged two of the finest golf courses in the world. Two well kept tennis courts within fifty yards of the house. Twenty minutes to Cabo San Lucas if you want to party till the wee hours or catch Marlin or Tuna. Ten minutes to the charming colonial town of San Jose del Cabo and its wonderful, quaint shops and restaurants. Ten minutes to the new Marina at Puerto de los Cabos for fishing charters or boat launching.
