Escape to your own private retreat in sunny Palm Springs. This lovely two bedroom, two bath, 1300 square foot Condo is a perfect home away from home. Just bring your toothbrush and sun tan lotion, we’ll supply the rest.

Your private patio is just steps away from the heated pool and jacuzzi. This charming ground floor end unit has spectacular views of the greenway and mountains beyond from sliding glass doors in every room.

This fantastic condo is located in a private gated community that is close to everything! Downtown Palm Springs is only a mile away (a 20 minute walk), and shopping at the new Ralph’s plaza is just a few blocks away. Enjoy the walk/bike paths that pass right by the complex, or drop in on the Senior Center just blocks away. For tennis fans there are two maintained tennis courts for your use in the complex. With over 100 golf courses, and Taquitz and Mesquite Country Clubs just around the corner, don’t forget your clubs!

The master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own private, enclosed patio. There is a television, DVD player and cable in the living room and in each bedroom. Attached to the dining room is a reading room with a sleeper sofa for your extra guests. A computer with highspeed internet and printer/scanner is available for those times when you need to stay in touch with the rest of the world.

  • What's not to like about this fantastic condo that we rented for a month. Great location - close to stores, walking distance to the Palm Springs Dog Park, and a few minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs. The condo has every thing you need as if you were at home. The furnishings are extremely comfortable and very decorative. Being an end unit, it is very sunny and airy with large sliding glass doors. You have free high speed internet service with free nation-wide telephone calling. The pool and hot tub are a few short steps away. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors considerate and friendly. And the owners, Lauri and Barb, were extremely helpful and informative and responded quickly to any of our questions. We can't wait to return (and neither can our dog)!

  • This condo was great - bright, spacious and easy to care for. The owners are super and they provide everything you need in the condo. You couldn't ask for a better location - it's close to attractions and shopping. We stayed for two months and plan to return.

  • I have two dogs, and could not have found a better space to rent. Not only was there adequate space to walk the dogs in the gated community, it was just a short walk to Palm Springs dog park! In addition to agreeing with everything the two previous guests have said, I would like to add how friendly the neighbors at the condo complex were. In addition to having a computer and printer, the condo has wifi. You won't find a better deal in Palm Springs!

  • Our stay at this condo was excellent.We've stayed in many places in Palm Springs and this rates as one of the highest. The owners are thoughtful and great to deal with and they have provided a very nice and comfortable atmosphere in the condo. It had all the amenities we needed ( and more ).The decor is very tasteful, not fussy and easy to take care of and the location in the complex is super - nice sun to wake up to in the morning on the patio and conveniently just steps to the pool. ( The pool is kept immaculate )Given the chance we would certainly rent here again. Sincerely, Lise, Tony and Brooklyn
