Come and enjoy our "Tuscany-Tropical" three bedroom two bath condo right on the MAIN CHANNEL at the 19MM! The unit is located on the top floor of an elevator accessible building, which gives you the best view of the lake with no neighbors above. Everything is provided for your comfort including new furnishings, appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and new linens and towels. Grandview Point is a small complex, just 36 units to share the pool and the grounds.
You can look out at the great view from the large window from the living area. The living room has a television with a DVD/VCR unit, surround sound speakers and an Oynko receiver. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper here to accommodate two more guests. For those chilly nights, you can cozy up to the electric fireplace.
The large Master Bedroom Suite features a King-size bed, a television with a DVD/VCR in an armoire, a walk-in closet, and a roomy bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub. This bedroom has sliding doors out to the balcony. The view of the main channel is breathtaking!
The second and third bedrooms have Queen-sized beds and televisions. Both have large closets. These bedrooms are near the second bath in the main hall, which features a shower/tub combination.
As an alternative to dining out, you can opt to utilize the fully equipped kitchen to prepare home cooked meals. There is a new gourmet Vermont Castings gas grill on the balcony/deck so you can cook while enjoying the great view. The open kitchen allows you to overlook the breakfast bar and join in the activities in the dining and living areas.
The unit has a large private walk in utility room, which has a full size washer and dryer for your use.
Take the elevator ride down to the pool for a quick dip. From there you can access the docks in a few short steps. Rent a boat right next door at Captain Bobs!
When you come to the lake to relax and have fun, you can do it all at Grandview Point! Grandview Point is in the heart of Osage Beach, the hub of most activities at the Lake of the Ozarks.
