This house is truly a unique single family beach house because of it's one-of-a-kind layout offering:

Our home is located only 200 feet from the ocean! In addition, the bay is just 2 blocks away.
The 2nd and 3rd floor decks have outstanding views of the ocean and the bay. The sunrises and sunsets are truly spectacular!!!
Other ammenities include beach badges, an outside shower, plenty of space for parking, gas grills, DVD, and much more. We do have a 'Families Only' and a 'No Pets or Smoking' policy.
More Info on Long Beach Island, otherwise known as LBI. LBI is the premier family vacation location along the famous Jersey shore. LBI is a barrier reef island located 6 miles at sea and is 18 miles long. The island features brief walks to both the ocean and the bay. You can be assured of some of the best bay and off-shore fishing in N.J. The kids will love the crabbing in the bay. LBI beaches are the most beautiful along the N.J. Coast. Professional life guards are on the beaches until late in the day. The kids will love the fun amusement pier located 1 mile from the house followed by ice cream at the famous Show Place Theater (features great singing by aspiring young actors and actresses). The adults will enjoy getting away for an evening of entertainment in Atlantic City, just 45 minutes away.

As my nine year old son said to me, this is the best house we ever stayed at and it is true. We have been renting houses for the last seven years in LBI and this house has out done them all. We had 13 in the house, adults to young children married to single. Young boys had the second floor family room, young girls had the third floor family room and the adults had the first floor family room, sun porch and of course any of the decks! Views are beautiful! Walk to beach is a Breeze - Love the Tiki Bar at the Spray Beach Inn (right next door). All my favorite places in walking distance, one direction, paint a pot, M&M Steam Bar, Terrace Tavern, Marvel Bakery (fresh Donuts every morning), WaWa and the Bank. Fantasy Island in the other direction. Dockside Diner right on the main road - where we have our traditional last day at the beach breakfast. I cant say enough how much i loved this house and its location!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have stayed at this house for the past 7+ years (we lost count). It has become a family tradition that the kids and adults look forward to all year long. 3 families usually rented together, totalling 6 adults and many cousins ranging from newborns to 14 yrs old. The house is set up so perfectly for this kind of arrangement. The kids loved the 2nd floor with the big family room. It became their private space and hangout. It is within walking distance to all the attractions and yet far enough away that the we truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The house is clean, updated, and very well maintained. The owners were easy to deal with and accomodating and were quick to respond to any issues (the washer or dryer broke once and was replaced within a couple of days).Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Perfect house for large families. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect house. Our stay was so much fun. This house has so many rooms that you are never in the way of each other. I've never been in a house quite like this. The three family rooms, two decks, a porch and two kitchens allow comfortable living. The house is so close to the beach you can come home for lunch. We had so many memories having dinners and good times on the third floor deck. The owners were very accompdating-they arranged for a pack n play for my baby! Can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
