Sunny lagoon property is also 3 1/2 block walk to beach. Unique antique decor, including vintage woodwork and doors are found in this one of a kind property. Interesting. Ecclectic. Classic. Cheerful. Clean. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. The rental is the two story East unit. Owners live in West unit. There is a communal walkway, boat ramp as well as sun deck and porches. Comfy beds and bedding. Sheets are not included. 1 king... 1 queen... 2 twin. MAXIMUM people permitted on site is 6. 2.5 miles from Exit 17 of the Garden State Parkway. Located at 316 45th Place Owners live in connected home and also own and manage VRBO #33343. For health and safety, this property is SMOKE FREE! And while the owners are pet lovers, in deference to tenant allergies and local sand fleas, this home is PET FREE. BASIC RENTAL INCLUDES Beach tags, kitchen dish cloths, kitchen towels, mattress pads, bedspreads, quilts and bath mats. ALSO ... many household products The weekly rate starts at $1000 and goes to $2500. The prices are non-negotiable. For the past 11 years, all our homes have been fully rented. Returning guests are given 1st choice of dates, before new families. If you would like linen service, maid service or cleaning help, this must be contracted in advance of your stay due to the shortage of qualified help during our busy summer season. CHECK IN TIME is Saturday 3 PM to 5 PM (no early check-in) CHECK OUT TIME is Saturday 10 AM at the latest. The security deposit is $300. We do not allow weddings or parties on the premises without prior approval. Families with well behaved children are welcome. Unruly and unattended children need to vacation in some one else's home. You will be required to list the name of every tenant and sign the following: "I am responsible for this home and it’s condition during my stay. All or part of the security deposit will be kept by the owner if the home is not returned in same condition as received. This includes, but is not limited to, trash removal, soiled linens and house cleaning." If you are still reading, we are a nice couple who take great pride in sharing our family home. We have adult children, grandchildren and pets. This home has been lovingly renovated and now offers a unique retreat from today's world. There are interesting antiques and surprises throughout. If you think sand belongs at the beach, and love linens and lace, we may have your perfect vacation home.
