Kayaking, fishing and water access to the salt water ponds with access to the ocean are only 1/2 mile away. Our charming cottage is located on a quiet dead end street in Charlestown by the Sea, a perfect RI beach community. Local management is available to assure continued quality throughout your stay.
The cottage itself is a quintessential beach house, well kept and beautifully decorated . It has a very private fenced in back yard, 2 decks for relaxation, and an outdoor shower. The lower level has an L shaped living room, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms. The upstairs is the "kids" area with large bedroom and TV lounge plus access to the lovely second story deck.
Living is easy with the following life's necessities less than 2 minutes away: deli, ice cream, pizza, video rental, food market, fish market, farm stand, restaurants and pharmacy. A bait and kayak/boat rental shop with shellfish tourist licenses is within 1/4 of a mile from the cottage and motorized boat rentals are within 3 minutes. We're very close to Mystic CT, Newport RI,
CT, Watch Hill RI, Wickford, Foxwoods, golf, mini golf, water slides,antiquing,and the Amazing Umbrella Factory for a back to the 60's experience.
