This multi-level town home is located in the hills of Fraser, in a wooded area. The roads are cleared in the winter, and is on the shuttle route to town and Winter Park Resort. Comfortable, with Mountain Living Design. Very close to hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country trails. Downhill tubing within minutes. Also, close to great restaurants.

First Level: Kitchen, dinning room, full bath, porch with grill and bedroom with queen size bed
Second Level: Family room with comfortable queen size pullout, laundry room, full bath and bedroom with king size bed.

  • This condo was clean and modern. A comfortable, cozy place to return to after a day of skiing. A big perk is the free shuttle bus that stops at the end of the street (about 4 houses away) and takes you to the base of Winter Park. The bus runs frequently throughout the day. I'd rent this condo again!

  • Great location, great accomodations. The free shuttle to the ski area is extremely convienient. We had a great time.
