It also has a new Mattress. It has a french door that walks out to the deck. The guest room has Twin Beds T.V. and DVD Player. You'll enjoy the view of the ocean along with the Beautiful Preserve next door.This unit has approx. 1200 sq feet and very open and airy. It has a Tiki bar and resturant by beach pool. It has basketball court, shuffleboard, and 8 hole putt putt.The Award Winning "Ocean Club" Resturant on site. Just next door is the Sandestin Resort with restaurants, live music, and golf. 5 minute drive to Baytowne Resort and Marina on Santa Rosa Bay. Located equal distance from Ft Walton-Destin airport and Panama City airport, both 45 minutes away. Club and fitness center on premise . No pets allowed.

Why the Owner Chose Tops'l The Summit
We chose this resort because of the wonderful location. It is an exclusive resort with 5 pools, health club, resturant on site. One of the Top 5 USA Tennis Resorts "Tennis Magazine" . Our Building overlooks The Private Preserve. It is next door to Sandestin Beach Resort and close to the popular Baytowne Wharf for all of your shopping needs and Resturants along with entertainment daily. Within 1 mile of The Outlet Mall and grocery stores along with boutique shopping. There is a childs program during the summer months and various activities by the pool on the weekends and during the week in the summer.
We love to get away to the private setting, yet outside the resort you have so much to offer for entertainment for the whole family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The health club and the indoor pool incase of rain. You have wonderful tennis courts., basketball, shuffle board, and an 9 hole putt putt. There is a tiki bar by the pool at the beach. A resturant by the pool to grab a bite of lunch . You can dress and never leave the property to have dinner at one of Destins finest "Ocean Club" There are 5 pools to enjoy and hot tubs for a late afternoon break. Grills are at each buiding , along with a store within the property to rent movies and grab suntan lotion etc.

A great place for a beach get away vacation. A safe, clean environment. the beach is beautiful ! Relaxing atmosphere and large selection of fun restaurants close by.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
