Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. The owners are super nice and helpful and the onsite managers are awesome! The room was much bigger than we thought it would be and it was exceedingly clean! If you worry like I do about getting the right place for a relaxing time at the beach, no need to worry with this unit. It is a great place for families to enjoy time together and is very close to the gulf, literally only steps away. You can't go wrong with this place! Even though the unit does not face the gulf, it doesn't matter. Most folks are on the beach watching the sunset anyway. I'm very glad we didn't spend the extra money for a gulf view.

We realize that it is important to many families to "face" the Gulf when renting & also realize that we can bring value to our unit by supplying our rentors with "adult friendly" beach chairs, a beach umbrella & sand toys as well as all the amenities of home.

Our friends and us stayed in this unit from Jan.29/11 - Mar.3/11. This condo was very well equipped and well suited for two couples. We loved the beach, the fact the building only had 30 units, the on-site managers were great and the owner(s) were incredibly considerate of our needs. The only downside - Gulf Blvd. could be noisy, but the proximity of the beach more than made up for that and the shaded balcony at the end of the day was welcome after a day in the sun. We'd definitely go back! Janet & John, Portland, Ontario, Canada.

My family and I visit Madeira Beach every year and have for the past 10 years. We have stayed in many condo's there. We was very satisfied with our stay in this condo room and would recommended it to anyone. The best thing was the room was equipped with everything you need all you have to bring is your clothes, and the pool was great and diffidently not OVER CROWDED like most pools I saw. The most important thing it WAS CLEAN!!! Thanks again for a wonderful VACATION, We will see you next year!!!!

Our family could not have been happier. This year will mark the fourth year staying in this condo. We have traveled to Florida every year since 1989 and by far have enjoyed our stay here more than anywhere else. The condo has evrything you could want/need and more. Walk out the door to a beautiful heated pool, or take few extra steps to the breathtaking beach. When we arrive every year, the place is absolutely spotless. All up to date furniture and amenities. Walking distance to everything Madeira Beach has to offer, restauarants, shopping, John's Pass, and of course the casino boat. . We highly recommend staying here, and promise you you will not be disappointed.

We found our stay at Collwood Condominiums very enjoyable. The unit was immaculate and fully stocked with everything from crock pots to beach towels. A private beach surrounds the property, and there is a beautiful pool area as well. We stayed on the street side and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning and evening. The building is well secured and the managers are usually always on the premises. We enjoyed all the unique gift shops and restaurants located at John’s Pass, which is in walking distance from the condo. We visited the St. Petersburg Pier and did some sightseeing in Clearwater as well—both just a short drive away. Some excellent dining places we enjoyed were Carabbas Italian Grill, Cody’s Roadhouse, and Leatherback’s Steakhouse. We love the area and definitely plan on returning.

Collwood Condos are clean and spacious units with a beautiful ocean view. The pool area, which is surrounded by the lovely waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is kept immaculate as well as the rest of the grounds on the property. There is a private picnic area equipped with gas grills for barbecuing. John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk are within walking distance across the street. Spend the day at the numerous shops and restaurants, or just enjoy a day of fishing under the boardwalk! For a good time and live musical entertainment, visit the World Famous Bamboo Beer Garden which is also located at John’s Pass. I’m already counting down the days until my next vacation at Collwood Condos, Madeira Beach.

Owner response:Please note that our unit is located on the Southeast corner of the building. The Gulf can be seen from the bedroom windows & the corner of the balcony.

This condo totally exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in this condo many times in the past and look forward to coming back very soon. The condo is beautifully decorated, well equipped with all the amenities of home with lots of extras such as, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, games, a book of menues from local restaurants, and free wireless internet. John's Pass is in walking distance for great shopping. The beach and water are the best I've seen in the area, and the sunsets, AMAZING!!!!!

I have had the pleasure of staying at Collwood Condo, It was more than I had hoped for, very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything necessary,location great, I would definitely recomend staying there for a truly enjoyoble vacation.

My stay there was excellent. The condo was immaculate The beach was beautiful and close proximity to restaurants,shops,fishing etc.. The kitchen was stocked with everything one could need. I highly recommend this condo and look forward staying there again.
