  To say that we had a relaxing week would be an understatement. Staying at this townhouse was a dream, and the photos don't do it justice. We rented the entire unit (three bedrooms, three and a half baths in total), and were absolutely delighted. It was spacious and comfortably decorated, with plenty of room. Though the spiral staircase in not ideal (is the only way to access the beach), it does ensure that the beach is private, and the property comes equipped with beach chaises, chairs, and various kids toys. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean as a whistle when we arrived, and the property owner was kind enough to provide some basic paper towels and toilet paper (though not enough for an entire stay). Some things to note: if you have dogs, be aware that you must leash and bring them to an area across a two-lane highway to let them out (one small disadvantage of being directly on the beach!). There are few grassy areas accessible, and none on the beach side. For very small children and older folks, the spiral staircase may be a challenge, but it is well maintained and well lit. All in all, we had an excellent stay in an amazingly affordable property in a phenomenal location! We look forward to the next time that we have an opportunity to rent this property in the future!

  The location is perfect distance from everything! Walking to Pompano Joes and a very short drive to Baytowne Wharf was so convenient for dinner. Being on the beach was so great for my group of college girls because we were in a fun, calm spot but still walking distance to the Whales Tale where a lot of people gathered. And being able to run in really quick from the beach to get food or drinks was awesome. We didn't have any problems the whole week and I would definitely go back again. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views on the balconies.You won't regret staying in this beautiful beach home!

  I live in Atlanta and my sister lives in Shreveport we meet every year at this amazing townhouse. The property is in a prime location on the strip yet very private and peaceful. The home is perfect for any family traveling with small children as its a few steps to bring them inside for lunch and a nap. The grill on the patio is our favorite gathering place to have a few drinks and relax by the water. Every morning my husband and I walk for a cup of "Badass Coffee" because its the only way to start the day. My sister and I always hit the outlet mall its super close and they have all the best shops. The master suite is incredible! Waking up to the view is pure paradise. I love the laundry room connecting it makes things very easy. There are showers on thebottom deck as well as many toys and boogie boards so you don't have to over pack everything is there for you. Next year the rest of our family will be joining us here as some of our best memories took place at this fabulous townhouse! Can't wait to go back!

  We definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Destin, whether looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Our group was diversifed, yet everyone had the perfect vacation. The beach bums were thriilled to be steps away from the water's edge, while the adventure seekers were pleased with the central location of the property. Everyone enjoyed the close proximity to shops and restaurants and enjoyed beautful sunsets from the decks. The property was clean, tastefully appointed, and well maintained. The owner made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. We are very much looking forward to staying here again.

  I have had many Florida beach vacations and I must say that this place was the best...loved everything about it...very conveniently located to everything and right on the beautiful beach...will definitely be returning again and again and again!!!

  What can I say but wow. The townhouse was awesome, Clean, comfortable, convienient. It is nicely decorated, and very close to the water. The location was perfect, close to shoping,restaurants, and nite life. I will recommend this place to all my friend, and any one looking for a great vacation on the beach.

  Spectacular layout! We walked over to Pompano Joes evey day for their special drinks and fresh catches of the day. Layed on the decks during the day & slept the night away after fun in the sun in cozy beds. Wonderful vacation!

  This is perfectly situated right on the beach, you can walk out from the condo & sand into your toes. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping yet just far enough away so it's quite. Having large decks to grill and plenty of room to entertain was lovely and saved us lots of cash. Everything was just peachy & we couldn't of asked for more.

  Location is great; there is a restaurant just a short walk and a terrific coffee place (Bad Ass Coffee) just a few blocks the other direction. However, this unit is not for a family with young children. The staircase down to the beach access is fairly dangerous. My father fell on the steps while carrying my 18-month-old. There were no stoppers in any of the bathrooms, so imagine trying to give 5 kids a bath without the bath part. The grills were unusable and the propane bottles were empty. They actually both had cigarette butts in both. Other than that, the property is clean and beds were comfortable. The TV remotes did not work for any of the TVs and there were no batteries in 3 of them. Next time we visit Destin, we'll find another location to rent.

  Owner response: As the proud owner of this property, I am always open to constructive criticism. However, for some reason, this renter seemed to have an agenda to trash the unit and leave a bad review. There was an unfortunate incident with the remote controls where the previous renter had taken all the batteries, and the cleaning crew had failed to check them (that was our mistake). We responded quickly, and had the batteries replaced the same day. From that point on, the renter looked for anything and everything she could find to complain about. All I can say is look at all the other reviews of this unit. Most of our renters bring children, with no issues. The spiral staircase going down to the beach is tight (like all spiral staircases), but we have hand-rails to assist, and have added a new window in the stairwell this year for better lighting. I take pride in this property, and do considerable upgrades every year. For example just in the past 2 years; new decks, new countertops, new flat-panel tv's, new stone front entrance, new geothermal AC/Heat, new sofas, etc... Please read all the other reviews for this unit, and do not base your decision on this very biased review.

  Everything was included except your groceries. Plenty of kitchen items for cooking and beach toys, chairs, etc. Condo was clean. The only hard part was the spiral staircase down to the beach. Fine for the young, but anyone with difficulty walking or balance would not be able to get down. Definitly would rent again. Very close to grocery and other venues.
