This beautiful, three-level townhouse is centrally located in the Destin area on Scenic Gulf Drive. It is directly on the beach, so there is no need to cross the street or use the elevator to get to the beach. You are already there!! This is one of the most beautiful, white sand, stretches of beach in all of Florida! This unit is very close to the water: no pool needed !

This unit can be rented several ways depending on the size of your group. You can rent the entire unit (sleeps 10), or as a 1 Br unit (sleeps 4), or as a 2 Br unit (sleeps 6). Each unit has it's own entrance from the parking area, so there are no distractions with other renters.

The first floor has two rooms with a queen-size bed in one room and sleeper sofa in the other room, also, full bathroom, small kitchenette, featuring motel-size two-burner stove, small/mid sized (6 cu/ft) refrigerator, microwave and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. There is also a private deck/balcony on the first floor with a gas grill, table & chairs. The second floor consists of a full sized kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath. There is also another deck/balcony on this level with gas grill, table & chairs. The master bedroom is located on the third level and has a private full bath, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, lots of closet space, and a private deck too. There is also a bedroom with queen size bed, and another private bathroom on this level. The entire unit sleeps 10 people with 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and 2 queen pull out sofas in living areas. When the entire unit is rented, one of the living areas can be converted to a bedroom giving you 4 seperate bedrooms ! Yes we have wireless internet !
Swimming in the Gulf is only fifty feet away!! Beach is accessed via angular staircase from the unit going down to a landing deck which features a shower for rinsing, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. The beaches of Destin are among the best in world, the beautiful white sand along with its blue-green water make it an excellent travel destination.

Accurate description of this wonderful rental unit. Very clean and well kept, nicely decorated and furnished. The owner was wonderful to work with. We would definatly recommend this unit to others and would love to stay in this unit again. Lots of attractions nearby making this unit in a great location. Wonderful location on the white sandy beaches and beautiful water. Love the fact that you are right on the beach and you can just walk down the stairs to get to the ocean. Highly recommended!!!

I've been to Destin a few times and this townhouse was the best! Great views with the beach just steps away. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean with plenty of space. After a day on the beach the evenings were spectacular watching the sunsets and with decks on every floor everyone gets a view! The location is perfect for either a quite time, shopping, or fun. Pompano Joe's just 200 yards away made it easy for daiquiris during the day and dinner at night. The outlet mall just a short drive for shopping and Baytown Wharf just three miles away for great nightlife. I will definitely book this unit on my next trip to Destin!

This was a great place to stay in Destin. I have been to Destin many times, and this is by far the best! It was clean, accessable, and most convieniant to the beach, resturaunts, and shopping! I will definatly stay here agian!

This is a great place to stay. Right on the beach, great views, peaceful, not crowded. The townhouse was clean, updated and nicely furnished. The pictures do not do it justice - especially the ocean view! We enjoyed everything about it especially the quick & easy access to the beach, the provided chairs & toys, and meals on the deck taking in the view!

We have stayed at this unit several times, it's location is prime, the unit is beautifully decorated. Easy access to the beach! Will continue to book this unit for future vacations!

My wife and I stayed here in February and the sunset pictures are just amazing. The beds were comfortable, the couches were very nice. I've stayed in 4 different Sand Dollar townhomes and this is by far our favorite. Owner very easy to deal with and doesnt nickle and dime you. Location is about 100 yards from Pompano Joe's restaurant. About a mile from the outlets and if you spill your drink on the balcony it lands on the beach.
