This beautiful, three-level townhouse is centrally located in the Destin area on Scenic Gulf Highway 98. It is directly on the beach, so there is no need to cross the street or use the elevator to get to the beach. You are already there!!
This unit can be rented as a two room efficiency (Unit B) or two bedroom (Unit A) or if you need the extra space can be rented as a four bedroom (Units A and B).
The first floor (Unit B) is a two room efficiency with queen-size bed in one room and sleeper sofa in the other room and full bathroom, motel-size two-burner stove,small refrigerator, and microwave and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. There is also a private deck on the first floor. The second floor consists of a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath. There is also another deck on this level. The master bedroom is located on the third level and has a private full bath, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, lots of closet space, and a private deck too. There is another bedroom with a queen bed with another full bath (Unit A).
Not only is there a deck on all three levels, but there is a large private beach deck down below. There is direct access to the large beach deck from two levels. The beach deck is an excellent gathering place with friends and family. Swimming in the Gulf is only fifty feet away!! The beaches of Destin are among the best in world, along with its blue-green water make it an excellent travel destination.
