Among the amenities offered are a pool with spa and workout room just steps from our condo, complimentary canoes and kayaks for exploring the waterways and a complimentary boat shuttle to Pelican Landing’s private island beach. There you will find a beach house with showers and restrooms. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided. Southwest Florida has unparalleled shopping and shelling, exquisite galleries and restaurants and many fine public golf courses.
This three bedroom, two bath condo is freshly painted and newly furnished and is an end unit flooded with sunlight and abounding in privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and double vanity bath. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds that can be made up as a king or separated into twins - linens are provided for either option. The third bedroom has a daybed with trundle, can sleep two in comfort. The living room and master have flat screen televisions. The kitchen has new granite counter tops and raised panel cabinetry. The screened lanai is totally private overlooking the Spring Creek River and lush vegetation. There is a laundry room in the unit. Sorry - condo association does not permit pets.
