Villa La Estancia surrounds you with the pleasures of paradise overlooking the majestic Sea of Cortez. Imagine basking on the beach under a shady umbrella, and suddenly, an attendant appears with your favorite drink!
This luxurious 6th floor penthouse level, privately owned Villa offers a spacious terrace with a view of the ocean, Medano Beach and the rocks of Lands End. The Villa features a dramatic iron entryway, travertine marble floors, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, and ceiling fans throughout.
The Mediterranean-style living area features a large dining table, buffet and entertainment center. Enjoy the intimate furniture arrangement that leads out to the spacious terrace and a spectacular view of the Ocean and rocks of Lands End.
The kitchen is modern, fully-upgraded and fully-equipped and features a side by side refrigerator/freezer with filtered ice and water dispenser, range top, oven, micro wave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and large pantry. After an afternoon of beach fun on Medano Beach, there is a separate laundry room to rinse the sand out of your bathing suits.
The Master Suite features a King bed, and armoire dressers with cable TV. Enjoy the quiet solitude of a sitting area with couch and coffee table that leads out to the terrace.
The Master Bath features an oval spa tub with separate shower. The granite stone counter top has double sinks and includes a vanity sitting area. Unpack your suitcases into the large closet and make yourself at home!
The Guest bedroom features 2 Queen beds, armoire with cable TV and a separate desk area. There is a separate Guest bathroom with private shower, bath and vanity area.
The Veranda Terrace offers separate entrance from living room and both bedrooms, wet bar with refrigerator and a complete set of patio furniture and lounges to enjoy the incredible ocean view.

This Villa is absolutely gorgeous with perfect view of ocean and pool. Being 2nd from top, you could see everything, and it was breathtaking. Morning sun was perfect to wake up to, and even shade on the patio was perfect for sipping wine and relaxing. Easy access to elevator to get to pool,lobby and restaurants. Owner was extremely helpful with all accomodations, staff friendly, property immaculate!! I will definately go back and stay at this same Villa. I felt like a celebrity!!! I never wanted to leave. My daughters, 25 & 15 loved it as well. Guests were friendly and we always felt perfectly safe. Thanks again!!!

Just spent an incredible week in this villa. The whole family wishes we were still there. This villa has everything you need/want. The view from this villa is wonderful! The people at La Estancia were beyond wonderful and friendly. Looking forward to going back soon and would be happy to stay at the same villa. Sad to be home!

Incredible is a perfect one word description of our stay. The villa has perhaps the best location for all 2 bedroom villa's. Gorgeous sunrise every morning, great views of beach and pools and easy access to all locations. Our two daughters enjoyed their private entrance bedroom with access to the incredible veranda. Truly one of our best vacation experiences ever. The property is spotless and staff very friendly. Also had no issues with safety for our daughters as the property is quite private. The location for walking to town and the various beach restaurants and bars was also perfect. Wonderful activities to do right outside your front door or do nothing sitting on your veranda or pool side. Would not consider any other villa on the property as this one has it all! Only downside...was we had to leave. Thanks Fred! You are a great host and your attention to detail was perfect.

This is an incredible place; better than described. The 6th floor view is a hundred times better than the garden level villas. Sunrise comes right in your patio door as you lay in bed listening to the waves... leave your door open during the night and the waves will keep you asleep! The view of the pool and the ocean with the cruise ships arriving is beyond words. Sometimes you have to pinch yourself just to make sure you're not dreaming. I highly recommend it!

The one negative comment was from someone who has never been to Villa La Estancia, nor my villa. They were upset that I used the word "Penthouse" in my advertisement, to describe the level and closeness to the ocean of this particular villa. The other guest comments will attest to the excellent placement of this 2 BR villa. It is a very different experience when you are 8 or 9 condos from the ocean, on the bottom floors, looking at concrete, grass, and landscaping vs. 6th floor, only 4 condos back, and listening and seeing the ocean while you sit on the balcony (preferably sipping on a good Rum!).

I just returned from spending a week in Villa 3604, and WOW is the first word that comes to mind. I have stayed many places in Cabo, and this is the BEST! It is modern, luxurious, perfectly located to enjoy a vista view of the ocean and a bird-eye view of both pools, but high enough for privacy. I have already purchased my plane tickets to return in October! If you are able to book this villa, you will be assured of a fantastic stay in Cabo!
