This Villa is absolutely gorgeous with perfect view of ocean and pool. Being 2nd from top, you could see everything, and it was breathtaking. Morning sun was perfect to wake up to, and even shade on the patio was perfect for sipping wine and relaxing. Easy access to elevator to get to pool,lobby and restaurants. Owner was extremely helpful with all accomodations, staff friendly, property immaculate!! I will definately go back and stay at this same Villa. I felt like a celebrity!!! I never wanted to leave. My daughters, 25 & 15 loved it as well. Guests were friendly and we always felt perfectly safe. Thanks again!!!

Just spent an incredible week in this villa. The whole family wishes we were still there. This villa has everything you need/want. The view from this villa is wonderful! The people at La Estancia were beyond wonderful and friendly. Looking forward to going back soon and would be happy to stay at the same villa. Sad to be home!

Incredible is a perfect one word description of our stay. The villa has perhaps the best location for all 2 bedroom villa's. Gorgeous sunrise every morning, great views of beach and pools and easy access to all locations. Our two daughters enjoyed their private entrance bedroom with access to the incredible veranda. Truly one of our best vacation experiences ever. The property is spotless and staff very friendly. Also had no issues with safety for our daughters as the property is quite private. The location for walking to town and the various beach restaurants and bars was also perfect. Wonderful activities to do right outside your front door or do nothing sitting on your veranda or pool side. Would not consider any other villa on the property as this one has it all! Only downside...was we had to leave. Thanks Fred! You are a great host and your attention to detail was perfect.

Great place, great location. I have stayed here before and the locaiton of this villa is perfect - hear the waves, great sunlight in the am, great views. We will be back, again!

This is an incredible place; better than described. The 6th floor view is a hundred times better than the garden level villas. Sunrise comes right in your patio door as you lay in bed listening to the waves... leave your door open during the night and the waves will keep you asleep! The view of the pool and the ocean with the cruise ships arriving is beyond words. Sometimes you have to pinch yourself just to make sure you're not dreaming. I highly recommend it!

The one negative comment was from someone who has never been to Villa La Estancia, nor my villa. They were upset that I used the word "Penthouse" in my advertisement, to describe the level and closeness to the ocean of this particular villa. The other guest comments will attest to the excellent placement of this 2 BR villa. It is a very different experience when you are 8 or 9 condos from the ocean, on the bottom floors, looking at concrete, grass, and landscaping vs. 6th floor, only 4 condos back, and listening and seeing the ocean while you sit on the balcony (preferably sipping on a good Rum!).

My family and I just returned from a week in Cabo at this luxurious property. Tons of activities, relaxation, great food, and friendly service. The views from this penthouse are breathtaking!! We can't wait to visit again.

We just came back from a wonderful vacation in Los Cabos. The condo and the resort were top notch, 5 stars. We always rent through VRBO, but this was by far the best condo we ever rented. The views and amenities are outstanding.We'll be back. Stracey Family, Los Gatos,CA

I just returned from spending a week in Villa 3604, and WOW is the first word that comes to mind. I have stayed many places in Cabo, and this is the BEST! It is modern, luxurious, perfectly located to enjoy a vista view of the ocean and a bird-eye view of both pools, but high enough for privacy. I have already purchased my plane tickets to return in October! If you are able to book this villa, you will be assured of a fantastic stay in Cabo!

This place is great. You dont need to bring anything and there is plenty of room for the WHOLE family. One of the better views in the resort, right over the swimming pool and beach. Try to get this place first before looking into other rooms...you cant hear the ocean if you go back in the resort.
