Two-story main house sleeps four with two bedrooms and two baths, incredible infinity edge pool and roof-top patio with wet bar. Guest house sleeps 2 with one bedroom and one bath, outdoor patios and deck, and private dipping pool with ocean views. When rented together, both houses are ideal for three couples. A lower studio bedroom with studio loft and outdoor view deck sleeps an additional 2 people and may be rented along with the main and/or guest houses.
All bedrooms feature king-sized beds with high thread count fine cotton linens and DVD systems. Both main house and guest house are Wi-Fi zones; high-speed wireless internet use and all phone calls made to the States are available at no cost. There is an extensive 200+ volume DVD library and CD collection for your enjoyment. Kitchens are fully equipped, water purification system ensures that all water/ice throughout the house is clean and safe to drink.
PLEASE NOTE: The property is not designed to be safe for children because it is built into a very steep hill and there are several areas with open railings above high drop offs. One unprotected side of the pool also sits above a high retaining wall. These elements make the house spectacular for adults, but unfortunately, they are also potentially dangerous for children.
Daily housekeeping and laundry service; English-speaking gardener/caretaker available to answer any questions. The property is extremely private and secure and only a twelve-minute walk to both the beach and the town square.
