Built in 1995, this ten-year-old house is located on a beautiful, scenic pond. View the pond from large picture windows in living/dining area and from small balcony off the master bedroom. It takes one hour to hike around the pond (approximately three miles around).

Great swimming and boating from sandy beach just yards away from house. Beautiful Falmouth beaches located within a ten-minute drive from the house and the downtown area (five minutes away) features excellent shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, etc.

Deck in back of house with view of woods. Ping-pong table, bicycles, and exercise bike located in basement. Canoe is available for use on the pond.
