Great swimming and boating from sandy beach just yards away from house. Beautiful Falmouth beaches located within a ten-minute drive from the house and the downtown area (five minutes away) features excellent shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, etc.
Deck in back of house with view of woods. A canoe is available for use on the pond. Bicycles are available for use on bike path, although the condition of these bikes depends on the care provided by previous renters.
