Why the Owner Chose River Run, Springs
I love Keystone for the year round activities. The town of Dillon is close by with all the amenities including Lake Dillon.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We are just steps from the new high speed gondola. The pool is the best in River Run with a slide rock and two hot tubs. This condo is larger than most 2 bedrooms at 1200 sq ft and can sleep 8 comfortably. It is also unique in that it has 3 bathrooms. We recently upgraded the condo with new flooring, countertops, kitchen appliances, new paint, a flat screen TV and DVD players.

We have stayed at different condos in Keystone including the Lone Eagle, but this condo at the Springs is our favorite. We have started booking almost a year in advance to insure its availability. The condo is so spacious and the extra bathroom is wonderful. The owner has spared no expensive to make sure guests are well accommodated. The beds are wonderful and the kitchen is immaculate. The gondola, shops, and restaurants are just a short walk away. We won't stay anywhere else!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just took our children (5&8) on their first ski trip and spent eight days at this Condo and we are ready to go back again. The three things we liked the most were: 1. The location: Less then 100 yard walk to kid's ski school, gondola, and River Run village. Great spas and waterslides for the kids after a tough day skiing. Good views of the slopes. 2. The size of the condo. We had my cousins join us from Denver for three nights and the extra full bathroom made that very easy. 3. The owner was very responsive. Other local activities we would reccomend while in Keystone are the sleigh ride dinner, fondue on top of the skill hill and tubing.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We absolutely loved this condo! The views from the condo were great and the walking distance to the gondola is exactly as described. The place was extremely clean and well appointed. We did not think that the 3rd full bathroom would make that much of a difference but with three children it was perfect. We would definitely rent again.

This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location was excellent and the Springs amenities are unsurpassed. All furnishings are gorgeous with a top of the line kitchen. We were extremely happy and would recommend to anyone.
