Author Marc Kramer's home is a 16-minute ride from the airport and quarter of mile from the ocean and is located in one of the most affluent areas in Panama City, Panama, Punta Paitilla. The Condo, which is 1900 square feet with three-bedrooms, a maid's quarters, a sun room, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room, has views of the ocean and skyline. The Condo is five minutes from the original city and 10 minutes from the rebuilt old city with its fine restaurants and presidential palace. The second largest kosher super market is one block away and a second large general super market is also a block away. The Club Union, the most exclusive private club in Panama is a block away. Two of the largest malls in Latin America are within two minutes drive time of the Condo. There are two yacht clubs in the city and one is five-minutes and the other is 15-minutes from the Kramer's home.

Nov 01-Mar 31 .. $1000/week (half upon signing & half a month in advance).
Apr 01-Oct 31 .. $ 900/week (half upon signing & half a month in advance).
The deposit is refunded if given two months advance notice or if the
renter has an illness or death in the family that prevents the renter
from coming to Panama. If the renter decides to cancel a month or less
before the agreement takes place, renter will have the choice of selecting
another time to come or wait until the owner finds a replacement.
