Our west-side condominium has breathtaking views of the beach, the Gulf shoreline and the bay. Spectacular sunsets. Few properties offer views like this.

Elegant, recently furnished, newly remodeled kitchen with updated appliances. It can be rented as a one, two or three bedrooms unit. There are three baths, (two master bedrooms in the three bedrooms unit) living room, dining room, full eat-in kitchen, washer and dryer, two large balconies, unique floor plan with views from every room.

All rooms, except the second master, open onto a 28 foot balcony. The second master opens onto private 14 foot balcony. 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and doors in every room. Quality balcony furniture, tables and chairs for out-door dining and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for unobstructed viewing.

Large, luxurious master suite with king bed, second master with two queen beds, third bedroom with king bed. Great for two families traveling together. Second master locks off as hotel unit with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes.

  • This was our first family vacation and will be a memorable one. We have 4 kids 6 & under. The condo was beautiful and was so comfortable. We loved going on the balcony to read. Thank you for sharing it with us.

  • We stayed at the condo 8-11 May. When we arrived we were pleasantly pleased with the size of the condo, especially the dining, living, and master bedroom. Each bedroom, along with the living room has a TV, VCR, and DVD player - very nice - a lot of places don't offer this luxury. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus too. We also didn't go out to eat only once as the kitchen saved us some $$ to enjoy on other things. The two pools (bigger and kiddie) were also good size - my kids enjoyed both. The hot tubs were nice too. It was only a short walk to the beach and having the walkover really beats having to cross traffic. They did have a resturant and Tiki Bar but we didn't use either, however if we go again we plan on it. It seemed like they have some good Happy Hour specials (food and drink). We also used the fitness room which had plenty of different equipment to choose from. Near that was the two tennis courts along with a basketball, however it was much too windy the whole weekend to do either or. Maybe next time that's something we will do. All in all it was a great experience and working with Dawn was great. She was never to busy to answer a phone call or email and provided all information in reasonable time. Directions were excellent to the location. I advise other people to take advantage of this lovely condo. Thanks again to Dawn - great job!

  • Your home away from home made our family vacation, the best one yet!! The condo was very comfortable. We had a total of 10 people, so we desperately needed the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths!! Every room was very spacious!! oh yeah!! the price was perfect!! Having 7 children with us it was hard to agree on a place to eat out, so we cooked in a lot, with that being said the kitchen and dinning area were perfect (We loved the sink!)..!! The view of the beach was perfect from any balcony/room in the condo, so no one felt like they were shorted on the deal or got the (bad room) Every condo we have stayed in before this one has had tile through out, the carpet was a big plus!!!!! It made the stay cozier. (More like home). That’s a quote from the 8 year old!! I was very excited to find a condo that had such wonderful accommodations in each bedroom… TV, VCR, DVD player….. And batteries in all the remotes!! (Yeah), but to my surprise every evening after dinner and baths, all 7 children would gather in the living room, all cradled up to watch television!! Ha-ha-ha… Not until the last two days did they decide to go to their own room and watch what ever they wanted with out an argument from another! Ha-ha-ha… Over all, staying in your condo was the best so far I would recommend it to anyone!! We will keep your home away from home in mind for next year!!
