White sandy beaches with swimming area and body-surfing, very clean!!

Location: South Zone, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexican Riviera, Mexico (On the way to Mismaloya, but 2 miles closer to center of PV)

Accommodations:  Condominium, 1 Bedroom + Other (See Description), 1 Bath (Sleeps 4-6)

You'll feel pampered while staying at this ocean-front condo with a beach on each side of the pool deck. There's plenty of room. The bedroom has two comfy and large pillow-top beds, with a TV/DVD/CABLE for late night movies. The living room has a couch that makes into a comfortable bed for your guests (two)and another TV/DVD/CABLE available. The Kitchen is perfect for cooking up a great meal and cutting papaya with lime, complete with refrigerator, microwave, halogen stovetop, etc.

The view is truly spectacular from our deck! We've seen whales jumping and monterey swimming in the ocean. The Condo is on the second floor just above the pool area so you can say, "Hello" to anyone tanning below by the pool or drinking in the bar and restaurant area nearby. The ocean is within 20-30 feet of the pool area.

You can either enjoy the white sandy beach and roped-off swimming area on the right, or go to the beaches to the left of the pool area and enjoy body-surfing and more beautiful, white-sandy beach area!! The color of the water is hard to believe. It is a spectacular vacation, and you won't want it to end.

There's always a taxi ready immediately upon your request, or you can catch the buses that pick up every 20 minutes in front of the lobby which will take you to town, shopping, cinemas, etc. (about 8-10 minutes away)or you can enjoy the incredible food at the restaurant by the pool, featuring: full red-snapper, delicious fresh shrimp, tortilla soup and much more. There's even a little market near the lobby if you want to cook up something yourself.

You'll have the vacation of a lifetime with lasting memories. The condo is about 10-12 minutes from town so it is more tropical, serene and beautiful, without all the crowds.
