The complex, always immaculately maintained, has a fitness room, tennis courts as well as a beautiful heated pool and a hot tub. The unit has an oversized one-car garage. It is about 50 minutes to the Disney attractions and only a five to 10 minute drive Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Village, and Merritt Island, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Some of the other world-famous area attractions include Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, and Port of Cape Canaveral if you wanted to venture off on a cruise. The complex is very friendly and serene and has some informally organized activities such as water aerobics, yoga classes, book clubs, beach get-togethers for those of you who want to get involved. However, if you just wanted to keep to yourself, that is OK, too.
