You will find our beautifully decorated high-end resort cottage nestled in maine's towering pines and located on the ninth hole of our own golf course, a perfect vacation choice for you and your family. It is especially great if you have children as the Resort fills your days and nights with activities for all ages. Supervised for the children and baby sitting supplied.
It boasts a large deck with propane grill, picnic table/umbrella and many chairs as well as sand toys for the tots, beach chairs and umbrella for family outings on the beach.
We have filled our like new, non-smoking (no pets allowed) beautifully decorated cottage with all the comforts of home. Master bedroom has queen-size bed, full bath with shower, lots of built in drawers and large double closet with mirror fronts and its own colored television. The second bedroom serves as a den with lots of windows and has a lovely daybed with trundle along with attractive half bath, built in dresser with lots of drawers and closet.
The warm and inviting glass sunroom (28 foot long) is filled with a large entertainment center/colored TV, five CD player, DVD and VCR players, cable hook up and many games for all. Attractive floral sofa, matching love seat (both use as sleepers when needed), tables, lamps and two rockers. The adjoining dining room with matching buffet (more drawers), along with kitchen bar and two bar chairs.
Your rental includes access to all amenities which include free day and evening five star supervised children's camps and activities (ages three to 20), marina with boat rentals, slip rentals, beautiful 18 hole golf course with pro shop, on-site lake view restaurant and dont miss the resort's fun Tiki Bar('10) and snack areas. Bars located at the lake and golf course, adult happy hours with daily entertainment. Family and adult evening entertainment at Sebago lounge on the beach. Bingo, Monte Carlo night, nightly hay rides, Comedy Club Night, live theatre night, game room and pub food. Enjoy the resort's general store with groceries, newspapers, coffees, deserts, boutique. Laundry facilities also available.
Golf clinics, golf schools with PGA professionals, extensive golf practice center on our nationally acclaimed 18 hold championship golf course, Driving Range and practice greens.
This resort has several beach areas, marina, dining rooms. Very few activities require a minimal fee. Most are included with rental.

Owner Description
Liz and John Zande live in the Pocono Mts. on Lake Wallenpaupak now but Liz was born and raised in Maine and met John while he summered from NJ oh "her" Sebec Lake during high school years. After living in several other states, they returnd to a class reunion at her Foxcroft Academy, Dover Foxcroft, saw the Pt. Sebago Resort sign and the rest is history. They purchased the cottage, knowing full well it would lend to their rentors as well as themselves,a FABULOUS VACATION filled with grande memories.
Why the Owner Chose Casco
So well cared for by the Resort Administration. So much to do. Beautiful lake and surrounding areas to inhale. Golfing is one of the best recreations.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Driving up to North Conway, NH to all the wonderful outlets: 1 hr. north. Driving over to Portland (east) to walk about the OLD PORT, along Casco Bay, take a boat tour of the Bay to many of the Islands (do the MailRun Boat delight, stopping at the islands to drop off mail and commuters), see the seals, maybe whales, puffins along the way. Ride the gorgeous RT 1 to view the coastal homes (Pres. Bush's), ocean's beaches and surf, in and out of picturesque villages, have a lobter with a side of scallops and clams and of course a big ice cream sundae.

This is our 2nd time at the Resort. PERFECT WEATHER ALL WEEK LONG...My family loves how decorated the cottage is (newly done this year in nautical/Americana : classic. We had an AWESOME time and WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR. Thank you soooooooo much for letting us enjoy your lovely home.

Such a perfect vacation home. This was our 2nd year and we are coming back next year for an extended TWO weeks. The children love it, as do we. The sand toys and sand chairs worked out great. Less dragging from home.

PERFECT WEEK. Flight from Va. to Portland. Boating on Great Sebago. Beach days Yummy Lobstahs and Fried Scallops and Fried whole belly Clams. Fri. night auctions. Carnivals on the beach, Comedy Club and Broadway Show. Big storm when out in the boat. Wonderful. Thanks for your beautiful place for me.

Up early and on the beach by 8:30 A.M. Kids loved it all. Very relaxing. Already thinking about next year's visit at your beautiful cottage. So much to do. 7 hr. road trip bit soooooooooooooo worth it all. Thanks so.
