The remarkable sunset seascape vistas from Casa Porvenir celebrate the perpetual rhythms of day's end and the promise of a new dawn beyond the descending cloak of tropical darkness. Casa Porvenir is an ideal setting for basking in the glow of the present and dreaming of the promise of the future.
Casa Porvenir, a large landscaped property with an abundance of trees and flowers, has two dwellings, both new, which offer comfort and simple elegance. The Casita (1400 square feet)rests on a 12 foot rise above the beach, 150 feet from the water. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower open to the sky-the sun in the day and the stars and moon at night. An ample bedroom sleeps two. There are views of the ocean from every room and from the expansive deck (estancia) there is a breathtaking 90 degree view of the Pacific Ocean.
Behind The Casita, on the mountain side, El Nido (The Nest) is cradled among native trees. El Nido has a fully equipped kitchen and bath and sleeps two adults and two children under a classic tropical palm-thatched roof. From the kitchen and deck the picturesque coastal range meets the eye.
We rent The Casita for a limited number of months a year and we rent El Nido year round. It is our hope that it will bless visitors with rest, love, romance, creativity, healing, and hope for the future.
