We had a lovely holiday. It's our third trip in France and first time in this area. The apartment is lovely, well equipped clean and run by a very friendly and helpful owner. Well situated for all the attractions of Paris and Disney. Must sees are : to go to the top of Eiffel Tower and Versailles palace. Would recommend staying at this apartment to everybody and we would come again.

Great Christmas

We’ve had a great Christmas staying in this lovely flat with our family Kids and teenagers have particularly enjoyed playing on the play Station. Would recommend staying at this house to friends and we would come again. Many thanks.

Best place to stay near Disneyland

I booked the Winnie apartment for a birthday trip to Disneyland for me and a group of friends. It was the perfect accommodation for a weekend at Disneyland, only one stop away! The apartment was so close and easy to find from the train station, there was a great cafe for morning coffees and really close to the super market in a massive shopping mall. The owners were really nice and showed us how everything worked. It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. I would recommend this accommodation to a group of friends like ourselves or to a family group as well. Thanks for a great weekend!

Fantastic Holiday

We were a 2 family party of 13. We were very impressed with how clean and well equipped the apartment was, even a BBQ which we also used! The location was superb for Disney, Paris and only a short walk to the train staion, shops, supermarket and restaurants. Perfect for all our needs. The weather during our stay was fantastic, having left a very wet England behind!! Jeanne was excellent to deal with, very organised and efficient. We would all strongly recommend this spacious and comfortable Winnie apartment for anyone considering an apartment for a Disney trip. Thank you Jeanne

The best option for Disneyland

Great location, close to train 10 minutes from Disneyland door to door. 10 of us stayed and the apartment was more than big enough for all of us. Clean and well kept, lots of facilities close by - Shops - Supermarkets - Restaurants. The owner Jeanne and her son where very helpful and made us feel at ease straight away, perfect English also. Nice quiet area.

Excellent apartment

My husband and I and four children stayed in this apartment for 5 days in February.We wanted to visit Disney and spend a day in Paris as well. The apartment is excellent. Everything is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The beds had all been freshly made up and there were plenty of towels and even two hair dryers! The apartment is very well positioned. One stop-three minutes -away from Disney on the train and forty minutes into central Paris in the other direction. A two minute walk to the Val D'Europe centre with hundreds of shops and a great supermarket.Lots of good local restaurants and a quiet area which is a nice break after a day at Disney! There is wi-fi in the apartment but we couldn't seem to get it going.We didn't really need it as the kids were more than happy with the playstation provided. Jeanne was very pleasant to deal with. She checks the apartment very thoroughly on departure and then calculates the charge for the water and electricity. This is all explained in the contract. All went without complication and we were on our way very quickly. We used Ezyshuttle which provides an excellent service to the airport. All in all a very good apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Jeanne for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. You have been very helpful. The apartment was so convenient to everything. The train station (for Paris and Disneyland) and Val d'Europe shopping center with plenty of shops. We enjoyed our trip very much. We loved going to the Eiffel Tower (luckily, we booked our tickets on-line a few weeks before, as there were mega queues when we arrived !!). We also purchased the Paris Museum pass which is good value if you visit a few museums and allows you to bypass all the queues. Also, there is no need to purchase the pass/tickets for the kids as they go free. We will certainly be back ! All the best, thank you so much.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Bellissimo appartamento

Siamo appena rientrati da un soggiorno di 12 giorni nell'appartamento Winnie, una casa dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza indimenticabile. Disneyland Paris è facilmente raggiungibile sia con la macchina, che con la fermata della RER, molto vicino è anche il centro commerciale Val D'Europe. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort che sono pienamente funzionanti ed è in ottimo stato e molto pulito. Il condominio è assolutamente di livello medio alto cosi come tutta la zona in cui si trova. Unica nota negativa dell'appartamento, almeno durante la nostra vacanza, è stata la connessione internet: entrambi i reuter in dotazione alla casa non funzionavano e abbiamo potuto usufruire unicamente e dolo in una stanza della casa di una connessione di un altro appartamento della proprietaria; questo, purtroppo, ci ha creato alcuni problemi visto che aspettavamo alcune email di lavoro. La proprietaria, Sig.ra Jeanne è una persona molto simpatica e gentile ma un poco ritardaria, si è comunque messa sempre a disposizione per ogni nostra richiesta. Concluendo il voto che dò a quest'appartamento e alla proprietaria è di 9+ e se dovesse ricapitare l'occasione di fittarlo nuovamente non ci penserei due volte e lo fitterei nuovamente.

Estuvimos a principios de verano y nuestra estancia fue inolvidable. El apartamento está muy bien situado, puedes ir a Disney en autobus gratuito ( pero tiene unos horarios) o en el metro, la estación está muy cerca y se tarda unos pocos minutos en llegar. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, en muy buen estado y limpio, hay tres baños aunque dos de ellos no son completos (uno tiene ducha y lavabo y el otro tiene WC y lavabo) por lo demas todo estupendo y deseando repetir.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My wife & I and 4 kids rented this apartment for a week so we could take the kids to Disney, which was very close, for a couple of days. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and met us when we arrived. There were flowers on the table and a slice of Brie in the fridge, which was nice. We had a nice week and the apartment was good. It had everything we needed including TV ps2, Wi-Fi. It was close to the train and a very large shopping centre with lots of eating places and various other amenities. There were a few little things that I had to do like unblocking the pipes underneath the sink as I have found that continental plumbing tends to favour thinner waste away piping so it blocks easily but not a problem to fix. The door handle of the bedroom door was hanging off so I fixed that as I had my toolbox in the van. I did not want to bother the owner with trivial things like that. On the second day my 9 yr old boy came in and said there was something dangerous in the garden so I found a concrete manhole cover that was broken. It had iron wire running through it so it was holding together but was cracked across in both directions. It was in the corner of the lawn right in the access path into the communal square so I sat one of the garden chairs on top of it for the duration of our stay so that it would not be damaged. The day we were leaving the owner accused us of breaking the manhole cover and she wanted us to pay for this! She said the kids must have been jumping on it! I explained to her that we certainly did not break the concrete manhole cover. It was obvious to me that the concrete slab had been going through a process of cracking over a long period of time. The photograph I took can ascertain this. How were any of us going to break a concrete manhole cover? To break a concrete slab like this we would have had to be hitting it with a very large hammer! This was broken before we rented this apartment and if one of my children had fallen through this hole they could have been seriously injured. I hope the owner has replaced this manhole cover before anyone gets badly injured. We were charged for it, which we should not have paid but the confrontation was distasteful, we just wanted to leave... It would be untrue if didn't recommend this flat because it is a good,clean, well kept apartment in an ideal place with great amenities but for us It was a disappointing end to an otherwise good holiday.

Owner response: Every our apartments are thoroughly cleaned between each tenants, all things broken are changed or repaired between each tenants. During the check in and check out everything is controlled with tenants. Tenants sign a document on arrival to confirm that the apartment is perfect and in good condition. If things don't suit them, they write on the document. The piping is perfect and there is no problem with the evacuations. The door handles are secure and everything is controlled between each tenant. The manhole cover which is located in the garden was not broken with the arrival of tenants. I am sure of myself because I mow in the spring the lawn between each tenant. And the concrete slab was not broken. During each check-out I ask tenants if their stay was good and if they have had no problems. They said me they have had no problems during their stay. While I found the broken concrete slab in the garden. I asked for half the price of the concrete slab to tenants (10 euros). And we changed the concrete slab on the day. We paid the balance ourselves.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday! The apartment Winnie was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything that you would need. The location was perfect for the shops, train station & of course Disneyland was just a short walk away.

A wonderful family holiday!

We stayed the first week of 2011 in the Winnie appartment with 10 people. We loved the appartment, everything was clean and so complete!!! Jeanne welcomed us with a "happy new year" champagne in the fridge, thank you so much Jeanne for the warm welcome!! We couldn't get the wireless internet to work, and Jeanne came straight away to help us with it, What a good service!!!! The kitchen was very good equiped, dishes were more than enough, so we didn't have to wash dishes during the day. We could enjoy our time in Disneyland, Val d'Europe and Paris. The appartment is very close by the station, the shopping centre and off course Disneyland. We have had such a wonderful time that we will come back here very soon!! Jeanne, thank you so much for making our familystay unforgettable!! We hope to see you again real soon. Warm regards from all of us!!
