What a great condo to spend the week in! Actually, I could live there fulltime. It's spacious, well appointed and comfortable (the down comforters, thick towels are really nice). The location is perfect for skiing, Park City, Deer Valley, and the Canyons; but it's also convenient for commuting to the resorts at Cottonwood Canyon. I look forward to staying again!

The condo is only a few steps away from Tanger outlet mall which has over 60 brand name manufacturer and designer outlet stores (Ann Taylor, Liz Claiborne, Calvin Klein, Eddie Bauer, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nike, Borders Book, Mikasa etc.).

If anyone in your family does not ski, then she/he can walk to the outlet mall and enjoy shopping all day while you are having fun on the slopes!

The condo complex is very private and quiet. When you are inside the condo, all you see is the snowy mountain top and you won't hear any noises from the outlet mall since the condo complex sits right above it.

Walmart, Smith's (Grocery & Drug store, DVD rental), Wild Oats (Organic Grocery store), Restaurants, Movie theater (Redstone 8 Cinemas), banks, and gas stations are all within 2 minutes.

There are 1 outdoor pool (heated to 100 degrees in the winter time!), 3 hot tubs and a fitness center with locker rooms,a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, and weight equipment.

Indoor heated Garage (1 designated parking space) with a remote garage door opener, 32 extra covered parking spaces right outside the condo building. This condo is on the top floor of the three story bulding and yes, there is an elevator.

Four resorts in Cottonwood canyon will open until

Snowbird 5/03 opens again 5/5 -5/26 (conditions permitting)
Solitude 4/13 (conditions permitting)

Cottonwood mountains are higher and have deeper snow so they stay open later.
All 7 resorts have good snow condition even in late March & April.
