This beautiful home on one acre is located in the prestigious June Day area of Elkhorn. This house has it all! Views, privacy, accessibility, big yard, big family room, and en-suite bedrooms.
Mountain views are everywhere, including Baldy. The lot is elevated and surrounded by a berm so the view is unobstructed. The free Mountain Ride bus stops just steps from our driveway. You can be at River Run or town in 15 minutes or less. The bike trail runs right by the house although it is not visible from the house. We are located on Parker Gulch road, which leads to a popular hiking/biking trail - a great spot for a morning run!
You can be fishing the Big Wood, skiing Baldy or Dollar, playing golf, biking, hiking, all within 15-20 minutes of "home".
The master bedroom is beautiful and has a wonderful double shower and a gas fireplace. One bedroom has bridgeable twin beds, and two others have queen beds. The living area is open with a large wood burning fireplace (gas ignited) in the living room. There is a plasma TV in the living room. Another TV in the master bedroom and one in the family room. We have cable, Wi-fi and all the usualThe kitchen is extremely well supplied. We are located within walking distance of the Harker Center which has a pool, playground, and tennis courts. Great for the little ones.
The only problem with our house is finding a time when it isn't occupied. Check with us early to book a time.
