Secure gated beachside community with 3 pools (2-heated), clubhouse, 2 tennis courts, racquetball, fitness room and private beach access. This is a nicely decorated four year old, townhouse with 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths with Florida room, and ceiling fans throughout with full size washer & dryer, self cleaning stove, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and all kitchen necessities.
Upstairs are two master bedrooms, private bath with tiled shower, walk-in closets, vaulted ceiling with fan and TV. Split plan makes both bedrooms private. A convenient half bath is downstairs. Futon in Florida room for guests.
Great fun vacation rental. The community is secluded enough to be quiet and un-crowded yet conveniently located near all Space coast attractions. Jetty park fishing pier is just a short walk down the beach. Watch Cruise ships and rocket launches from the beach; enjoy free gambling cruises and charter boats at Port Canaveral which is 5 minutes away.
Orlando attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, etc.) and airport are 45 minutes away. Golf and shopping mall is within 15 min. The Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's is close by. A short 10 minute drive is Kennedy Space Center, where you can tour launch areas, or train in spaceflight simulators. The Beach Trolley (public transportation) stops At the front gate of the complex.

$125 cleanup fee. 10% due on signing contract to hold unit,
