We invite you to enjoy our tropically furnished, downstairs, two bedroom condominium featuring an outside deck overlooking a peaceful canal on Key Allegro in Rockport. The outside deck is comfortably furnished and the perfect spot for relaxing with a good book, watching the variety of birds fly by, or entertaining family and friends.

There's even a BBQ gas grill for cooking your freshly caught fish, burgers or steaks. Bring your boat or jet ski and dock right at your back door. The underwater green fish light and ladder make for great fishing and/or swimming right off the dock. You'll enjoy sunny mornings and shady afternoons and great Bay breezes from the deck.

Bright and cheery tropically appointed furnishings are found in the living and dining area which overlooks the deck with a view of the canal. Ceramic tile and ceiling fans are found throughout the living area and bedrooms. Open the wicker armoire and you'll find cable TV with a DVD/CD player in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator w/icemaker, stove, oven, microwave oven, coffeemaker, and all the cooking utensils needed. All you'll need is your groceries.

The nautically decorated master bedroom has a canal view with private access to the deck and features a queen bed and private bath, as well as cable TV and DVD player. The light and airy guest bedroom with its flamingo flare features one double bed, twin trundle beds and private bath. Linens and towels are provided in both bedrooms. Beach towels are also provided...... you'll just need your clothes, swimsuits and toiletries.

Your "home away from home" is within easy walking distance to Key Allegro Marina (where you can enjoy great sunsets at Paradise Key Bar & Grill), the swimming pool and tennis courts. You'll be only minutes away from the beach (Texas' only "blue wave" beach) and great birdwatching. There's a large map in the hallway to help you find your way around the area(the waterways, too, for you fishermen) with additional literature about Rockport found in the basket on the coffeetable.
