Welcome to our recently purchased and updated villa in Hickory Cove. The villa is newly painted and new bamboo flooring has been installed in the living room and master bedroom. You will enjoy the light and cheerful colors and the fully equipped kitchen boasts updated cabinets and counter tops. This 2 bedroom and 3 full bath villa overlooks the 18th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.
The floor plan of this villa is perfect for couples traveling together, families, and families traveling with grandparents or nannies. The first floor master bedroom has a king bed and private full bath. It also opens out to the first floor deck. The 2nd floor bedroom has 2 double beds, a private full bath, and a balcony/deck. There is also a loft area equipped with a daybed with two twin beds. The 3rd full bath is off the living room area.
Hickory Cove is located in the private, gated community of Palmetto Dunes. While staying at Hickory Cove, you are within walking distance to the beach, the 11-mile lagoon system, golf, tennis, the villa community pool, restaurants, shopping, and bike and kayak rentals. Palmetto Dunes has extensive walking and biking paths. Included for your use are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a beach cart. The villa has WiFi and a new 37 inch HD flat screen TV.

August 4 thru September 10 - $825 per week, $175 per night

$200.00 deposit required to reserve a week, balance due 1 month prior to arrival.

We just came back from our stay at this beautifully decorated villa. Although we are not golfers, we throughly enjoyed our breakfast and happy hour on the deck overlooking the 18th hole. The beach was a highlight of the trip and it was an easy 5 minute walk from the villa. How nice that beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart are available to renters! The beds were very comfortable and the villa was well- maintainted. We enjoyed a day trip to Savannah which is about an hour away. We have already recommended this property to friends as a desirable rental and look forward to another visit in the near future.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We rented this for guests to stay in during my sons wedding. They loved it and commented on the beautiful new wooden flooring and how convenient it was to everything. The owners responded to all of my questions, emails and were a joy to work with.
