  The Villa is Palmetto Dunes is situated in an outstanding location within Hilton Head Island. The Villa is about a 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach where you can walk for miles or ride a bike. The Villa is also located near the William Hilton Pkwy where you can conveniently access shopping, local restaurants, nature trails, horseback riding and many golf courses. The Villa itself is extremely comfortable with quiet surroundings; a good place to relax. It is very spacious and each bedroom has its own ensuite. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to try their culinary skills. The internet works well. The beds are relatively new and very comfortable. The patio overlooks the fairway. We rented bikes that were delivered and picked up by the bike shop. The information package provided by Mr. Phelps is well done including how to obtain the required security passes. This is an excellent place for short or long term stay at Hilton Head.

  We have recently returned from a 2-month winter break at this well equipped and appointed villa. Though the weather was a little chilly, days were for the most part sunny. For us northerners, seeing blooming flowers in Feb and March was wonderful. The villa is very clean and well maintained. There was nothing that we felt we needed that was not there. The owners were very easy to work with and very reachable. We would highly recommend this property to any potential renters- be it a week, month or longer. We have already secured our time at this villa for next winter.

  I cannot say how pleased I am with the owners, this villa, and my family's recent stay in Hilton Head! The villa is beautiful, rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The back deck overlooks the golf course and is perfect for cooking out and enjoying the nice view. You can walk to the beach in just minutes! You will definitely not be disappointed if you stay here. I cannot wait to visit again!

  We just came back from our stay at this beautifully decorated villa. Although we are not golfers, we throughly enjoyed our breakfast and happy hour on the deck overlooking the 18th hole. The beach was a highlight of the trip and it was an easy 5 minute walk from the villa. How nice that beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart are available to renters! The beds were very comfortable and the villa was well- maintainted. We enjoyed a day trip to Savannah which is about an hour away. We have already recommended this property to friends as a desirable rental and look forward to another visit in the near future.

  We rented this for guests to stay in during my sons wedding. They loved it and commented on the beautiful new wooden flooring and how convenient it was to everything. The owners responded to all of my questions, emails and were a joy to work with.
