Willy’s on The Creek...
Our home is a private mountain respite, nestled at the foot of the Arapahoe National Forest adjacent to Vasquez Creek. The restaurants, shops, and nightlife of the Town of Winter Park are only a short walk away. The free ski shuttle runs every 30 minutes during the ski season and stops right in front of our home.
Convenience and comfort are all yours. Our 1300 square foot home is professionally cleaned and features three bedrooms, including loft, and three full bathrooms. Eight can be comfortably accommodated.
Down comforters top the beds, and you have a choice of percale or flannel sheets. The Master Bedroom includes a king bed, a private door to the deck, a TV, and a private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. Both beds have comfortable, pillowtop mattresses. The spiral staircase leads to the loft where there are two twin beds and a private full bathroom. There is a brand new and comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the family room with cozy flannel sheets and a fluffy, warm down comforter. All bathrooms include hair dryers and thick, oversized towels.
After an active day, you can soak your muscles in the clean, oversized, jetted tub. Imagine, drawing your own hot tub, fresh, at your desired temperature... or you can enjoy the eucalyptus steamer.
Relax in the family room with vaulted tongue and groove pine ceiling and be warmed by the moss rock gas fireplace. The door to the deck leads you to a beautiful view of forest and the sounds of the rushing creek. Storage space is provided in the mud room.
Mountain bikers - this is a prime area for you. There are over 100 trails and a lift on the ski slope designed for mountain bikes.
Golfers - Pole Creek, Headwaters, Grand Elk and Grand Lake golf courses are all within a 30 minute drive.
Anglers - World class fly-fishing on the Colorado, Williams Fork, and Fraser Rivers - less than an hour away.

Deposits: With reservation, half (1/2) down, plus $250 security deposit, signed agreement, balance due 30 days prior to arrival date, security deposit refunded after cleaning inspection.
Other Fees: $95 Cleaning Fee for a two night stay; No Cleaning Fee for three plus nights! Local Lodging Tax Additional.
Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the first reserved night, there is a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the full rental fee. Cancellations of reservations within 30 days prior to the first reserved night are non-refundable. Check-in time is 4 pm; check-out time is 10:30 am (or by special arrangement).
