This is a beautifully remodeled larger home in the exclusive Angora Highlands part of South Lake Tahoe. Situated in the woods near Fallen Leaf Lake (see map link below), it provides immediate access to some of the best outdoors around while still having great (major-road) access to Heavenly Valley and all the activities of South Lake. From the Master bedroom and balcony, you can see beautiful Mt Tallac. There are many wonderful hiking, skiing, and snowmobile trails through the woods starting just down the road from our house.

The home is luxuriously appointed throughout, with attention to detail giving it a cozy, yet elegant feel. We supply comfortable bedding, a huge HDTV system with digital cable, slate pool table, office with dial-up internet access, stonework steam shower, jacuzzi, new sauna, and hot tub.

The kitchen is dripping with Tahoe charm (see our photos), with matching place settings to accommodate up to 12 diners. Upstairs, there is a large common room with cathedral ceilings where the pool table and TV are. There is a comfortable leather recliner to watch the pool game from. Or, just zone out on a cozy couch while cranking the 5.1 surround sound system. There is also a comfortable new sofa bed for overflow sleepers.

The large, bright Master suite has a King bed with rustic Tahoe furnishings, a large closet, and 2 large windows looking out onto the snowy neighborhood and Mt Tallac. The bathroom is elegant and has more amenities than you'll find in most any home (see above).

Outside, you will find a huge spa that comfortably accommodates up to 8 tired skiers. So come and relax in this beautiful, spacious (3000+ sq ft) home. You'll be glad you did!
