We have stayed at various hotels and condos over our last 6 trips and the space of a 4 br home along with the pool, laundry, grill, and kitchen right at your fingertips (and private) out weigh mass accommodations at Disney. It was well kept and clean. If you must get your Disney hotel fix have dinner at AK lodge or over at the Swan/Dolphin. Location is perfect just minutes north of mystic dunes golf and just south of 192 close to Sherberth Rd.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Excellent place to stay

I would highly recommend this home as a place to stay. It is a beautiful house complete with pots, pans, dishes, towels, toilet paper, and it even had ziplock bags, stretch wrap and laundry detergent there. I emailed the owner about a issue with the wireless internet and she emailed me back immediately. Problem resolved instantaly and everything was great!! Her promptness was amazing. The definite highlight of the house is the pool and hot tub. It was amazing. Both the kids and the parents didn't want to get out!! Watch many cool birds and animals in the swamp behind while we were sitting in the hot tub. Location was a plus as we found it to be close to Disney and Universal. Can't say enough positive about this place and the owner, we highly recommend it. If we come back to florida or have friends going we will recommend this property to them.

Love this home, very clean and comfortable. We stayed there in April 2012, just booked our return trip there this June 2013. The home is so private..feels like you are in your own little sun filled world. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need. The beds are comfortable and the whole home is quite bright and spacious The pool and hot tub are amazing.This is an awesome place just to get away from it all and so close to Disney for those who want to take on that adventure.We were completely happen with this rental experinces and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.Can't wait to go back.

The property was just as described! Great location! Close to shopping, restaurants and all of the Disney parks. Lots of space for multiple families... We had a wonderful time and would visit again. Very reasonable rates and extremely fast communication with the property owner.

Perfect for wanting to be at home away from home. Everything is supplied beforehand from towels for the bathroom to utensils for the kitchen. Spacious kitchen for cooking and if you don't feel like cooking, it's a 5-10 minute drive to many different restaurants you can choose from. Safe and secure area. The swimming pool was fun for everyone as well as beautiful. Thank you! We'll stay here again if we're in the area.

Nice and spacious home, close to 530/192 for restaurants and only about 15 minutes to Disney. Stayed there with 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty or room left.

This home is very well laid out and has everything you would need. It is very clean, with lots of room. The pictures accurately show the home and pool/spa and it is located in a nice neighborhood close to Disney. The owner is friendly and receptive and responds in a timely manner. She has added lots of extra touches to make you comfortable. Can't go wrong choosing this home.

The rental home was fantastic! We are a family of 6 and it was just the right fit for all of us. The kids loved the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the spa after a day at the parks. It is very close to many restaurants and it didn't take long to get to Universal, Disney and SeaWorld. Would definitely rent this home again!

We stayed here over the holidays (3 adults, 2 kids). The location is perfect for the Disney parks yet quiet and safe. The house is well appointed and there was no extra charge for pool and spa heating. Payments and deposit refund were handled fast and efficient by the owners. For our next visit to Orlando, we would certainly stay here again.

Owner response: It is nice to get positive feedback regarding our free pool/spa heating - lots of homes charge extra - it is included in our rental.

This is a wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood. The four bedrooms are perfect for having more than one family. We especially enjoyed having a washer and dryer available, swimming pool, hot tub and WiFi. It was nice to look up restaurants and attractions in the area on our computer. We are looking forward to our next visit!

All the comforts which you have at home were met here. Clean and well kept house and grounds. Great neighbourhood for the children,they had friends to play and lime with. I would recommend this home anyday.

Home away from Home! The house was clean and had everything needed for a worry free trip. Quick and easy drive to all the Disney parks. Pool and Hot tub was warm and relaxing. Could not get the girls out it. Look forward to the next visit.

This was the first time that we rented a house for our vacation. It was wonderful! We ate breakfast overlooking the pond before we went to Disney and soaked our tired feet in the pool/hot tub when we came 'home'. There was plenty of room for the five of us, and we didn't have to feel that cramped feeling that you get when you stay in a hotel room. We will definitely keep this home in mind for our next trip!

This place was perfect for our Disney Vacation. All the big attractions are close by. Everything was very clean and convenient. It was especially nice to have our own pool and hot tube. We plan on renting this place again next year!

This home is a great place to stay for a couple's vacation, or to bring the family (or two!). Very spacious, extremely clean, and welcoming. Like a home away from home! My favorite feature is the private pool & spa with the great view. The pool looks over a pond instead of being backed right up to the neighbor's pool. (And no need to put up with the crowds at the resorts!) It is located close to many popular attractions and tasty resturants. This was our 3rd year staying at this particular property, and we definitely plan on returning! Highly recommended!

Enjoyed my stay in this 4 bedroom nicely decorated home in a pleasant neighborhood. Close to the cute town of Celebration, also not far from Disney World. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed your house. Thanks so much for including the extras; like cable and washer & dryer, it truly felt like home away from home. The location was perfect with easy access to all the fun! Your home made our stay so relaxing, compared to the Disney resorts. We have always stayed at the Disney resorts when we visited Orlando, but now that we have experienced renting a home, we can't imagine our vacations in Orlando without renting a home. Great place. Roomy and comfortable. Centrally located to everything we went to visit. Close to many good restaurants and shops. Pool/jacuzzi were nice, clean and convenient. Nice view to the pond behind the house. Highly recommend it to anyone.
