Our luxury vacation home is located in sunny Central Florida in the upscale community of Indian Ridge just three miles from Disney.
Our home features 1727 square feet of living area, fully air-conditioned, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a vanity sink, shower, cable TV, alarm clock, and pool access. There is also a ceiling fan.
The other 3 bedrooms are as follows: One is a queen size bed with a tv in the room...the other 2 bedrooms both have 2 twin beds in each..One is decorated in Tinkerbell bedding and the other in Red Sox bedding.
The kitchen has a gas oven, a full-size refrigerator, garbage disposal, toaster, microwave, blender, hand mixer, and coffee maker. There is everything you need in the kitchen including pots, pans, utensils, etc.
Our home has a family room and living area which both have tv's.This is great when traveling with children. The children can view TV in the family room while the adults enjoy quiet time in the living area. There are 5 TVs in the home for your enjoyment along with 3 VCR's and a DVD player. We also have a cd/stereo for your enjoyment.
We have also added a computer to use free of charge. Hi speed wireless access. If you decide to bring your laptop you can sit out by the pool and have wireless access as well.
In the garage we have a air hockey table, ping pong table, ,dart game and a basketball arcade game.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. We also included an iron and ironing board so do not overpack. There are also 2 hair dryers in case you forgot yours.
There is an assortment of books and magazines for your convenience and we also have over 75 videos for your viewing pleasure... with a large selection being videos for the children.
Smoking is allowed only on the outside patio. We do allow certain pets so please inquire.
The pool area has a table, chairs, and loungers. Large-sized deck area with overhead cover for those who wish to get out of the sun. A grill is also located outside pool area for your convenience.
We have also include a crib, bassinett, high chair and stroller for your toddlers. There are also two alarms on both patio doors leading to the pool area. This is important if you have small children since they may wander to the pool area. Any time a child opens the door leading to the pool an alarm will sound to alert you of your child's whereabouts. We have also included a baby monitor which enables you to hear your child from your bedroom.
We also have a wheelchair in the garage which can be used free of charge for anyone that may need help getting around.
Minutes to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We are conveniently located only three miles from Disney, and approximately one mile to 192.
We require a deposit of $200 (£100) to book the villa. This is non-refundable if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date.
No refunds if cancelled with 30 days. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date you will receive 1/2 of your money back.
Balance due two months before arrival date. This $200 deposit is refunded back to you after inspection of the home. This is done within 7-10 business days after you depart the home.
An additional charge of $165 per week will be added if you want the pool heated. Once you are booked instructions of where to pick up the keys will be provided. Directions will be emailed prior to your arrival.
Dogs are not allowed at our property.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Ridge
We bought our home in the Indian Ridge section of Kissimmee in 2005 because we needed a place to go to when the winters here in Boston got to snowy and frigid. We were coming down to Fla quite frequently and renting hotels and paying a fortune. Buying this home was the best thing we ever did. It's the closest community to Disney and the area is quiet and well maintained.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love relaxing by the pool with a drink and taking a swim at night. You can't do that after 10pm at most hotels. We are pet friendly (with certain restrictions and rules) and the dogs enjoy laying out in the sun and playing in the large open area. The home is located in a quiet area...but yet you drive one mile up Old Lake Wilson Rd and you have all your restaurants, shops, activities, etc...Great great location!

My husband and my two dogs, Pacino and Pesci are my favorite people to travel with. We try and take them with us to our home in Kissimmee as much as possible to get away from the cold weather in Boston. Steve works for the airlines so we get to travel for free which is a HUGE perk! Some homeowners can only visit 1-2 times a year...we go down at least 2-3 times a month to check on things, update the house and tinker around...

First thing: we are from Germany and the house is also highly recommended for Europeans. We experienced wonderful holidays in Doreens house. The house is in excellent condition, the living room has brand new furniture. You have to take that into account because the houses in Indian Ridge are sometimes older, and you will mention that. The quick access to the 192 and WDW is a plus of the neighborhood Indian Ridge. We reached the 192 in less than 5 minutes. In near future you will commute faster, because the Old Lake Wilson Road was under construction during our holidays. The road will come up with 2 lanes each direction in near future. Contact was easy. Payment was done via Paypal without any problems. We would rent again.

My wife and I have stayed here several times over the last several years. The house is always spotless, neat,tidy and very well kept up. Doreen and Steve are very eager to work with you so you feel at home. We especially love the way the house is laid out, we can have1/2 the house while our Son and his family have the other 1/2. I would definetly recomend this home, you will feel at home.

We chose Doreen's pool home for our vacation primarily because it's in the Indian Ridge development, which is an area we enjoy due to its proximity to the Disney parks, and her daily rates were extremely reasonable. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the comfort factor. The master bedroom and a queen bedroom had both been recently renovated and looked stylish and soothing. The kitchen was well-appointed with a sufficient amount of utensils, plates, cups, pots, pans, etc... We filled up the four bedrooms with friends, and appreciated all the room the two living rooms and the garage game room provided for kids and adults alike to spread out and never feel cramped. A minor issue with the pool filter on our first evening was remedied a mere 12 hours after we called Doreen for assistance, and we were able to enjoy a crystal clear pool for the remainder of our stay. We appreciated the secure wireless internet, which they provide at no extra cost. Anytime we had a question, we did not hesitate to call Doreen - she and her husband Steve were always prompt with the information we needed and were a pleasure to do business with. It actually felt like we were renting from a friend! We'd certainly recommend this property to friends and family and look forward to staying here again, when we need another Disney fix!

Last 5 years I never had a travel with my son due to I am in self business. I decided I will go to travel in this year with my lovely son and his 2 friend. In Doreen's house, they hada really great time with swimming pool, lots of games ahd parks. At night, I palyed a game with them till 2am. really nice time it was. House is vesr close to magic Kingdom (5min), Shopping street, lot of food restaruants, seafood buffet........I hope everybody who read this review will get best, best time in Orlando......

Everything was wonderful. Located close to all the parks. The pool was a blessing after a long hot day. The house was nice and clean with anything we needed was right there. This will be our first choice rental property for our next Florida vacation. The owners couldn't have been any nicer. Very helpful with any questions that we had. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay!

This home very good, comfortable, nice place. When I was here, we have a good time, enjoy the pool, I don't know how to say, only one word " This home, and the place, never make you forget on your vacation, great place". My family and I stayed here for a Disney vacation for 6 nights, we all had a wonderful time. The home has four bedrooms, spacious kithen, and the best part a private pool the home is like super clean ,and it kind of felt we were in owr own home.in the past we have stayed inside the Disney resort hotels, but this year we brought our dog with us and the home owner said it would be ok to do so for an extra cleaning fee very reasonably set. In conclusion we had a great vacation and can not wait for our next stay!!

Awesome. We stayed here with our friends, the three children between 3 and 9 years old, my dad and my puppy Jojo. We couldn't find anything more suitable and so close to Disney Parks, that was the purpose of the leasing period :) After a day at Disney in 98 F, what you want than a clean welcoming house whit the swimming pool in your backyard, the whole family happy and safe around you ?
