Our luxury vacation home is located in sunny Central Florida in the upscale community of Indian Ridge just three miles from Disney.

Our home features 1727 square feet of living area, fully air-conditioned, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a vanity sink, shower, cable TV, alarm clock, and pool access. There is also a ceiling fan.

The other 3 bedrooms are as follows: One is a queen size bed with a tv in the room...the other 2 bedrooms both have 2 twin beds in each..One is decorated in Tinkerbell bedding and the other in Red Sox bedding.

The kitchen has a gas oven, a full-size refrigerator, garbage disposal, toaster, microwave, blender, hand mixer, and coffee maker. There is everything you need in the kitchen including pots, pans, utensils, etc.

Our home has a family room and living area which both have tv's.This is great when traveling with children. The children can view TV in the family room while the adults enjoy quiet time in the living area. There are 5 TVs in the home for your enjoyment along with 3 VCR's and a DVD player. We also have a cd/stereo for your enjoyment.

We have also added a computer to use free of charge. Hi speed wireless access. If you decide to bring your laptop you can sit out by the pool and have wireless access as well.

In the garage we have a air hockey table and a basketball arcade game.

There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. We also included an iron and ironing board so do not overpack. There are also 2 hair dryers in case you forgot yours.

There is an assortment of books and magazines for your convenience and we also have over 75 videos for your viewing pleasure... with a large selection being videos for the children.

Smoking is allowed only on the outside patio. We do allow certain pets so please inquire.

The pool area has a table, chairs, and loungers. Large-sized deck area with overhead cover for those who wish to get out of the sun. A grill is also located outside pool area for your convenience.

We have also include a crib, bassinett, high chair and stroller for your toddlers. There are also two alarms on both patio doors leading to the pool area. This is important if you have small children since they may wander to the pool area. Any time a child opens the door leading to the pool an alarm will sound to alert you of your child's whereabouts. We have also included a baby monitor which enables you to hear your child from your bedroom.

We also have 2 wheelchairs in the garage which can be used free of charge for anyone that may need help getting around.

Minutes to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We are conveniently located only three miles from Disney, and approximately one mile to 192.

We require a deposit of $200 (£100) to book the villa. This is non-refundable if canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival date. Balance due two months before arrival date. Returnable security deposit of $200 (£100) will be refunded back to you after inspection of the home.

An additional charge of $165 per week will be added if you want the pool heated. Once you are booked instructions of where to pick up the keys will be provided. Directions will be emailed prior to your arrival.

Dogs are allowed at our property. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. We charge this fee because we have the upholstery and carpets professionally shampooed once a guest with a pet departs the home. We have it shampooed in case our next guest is allergic and also for sanitary reasons. Please I understand some people have non-shedding pets..but the fee still applies. My home is very clean and I take pride in that fact.

  • Tim ,I & Boomer stayed for almost 3 weeks in Feb. 2009. We had a very nice time . The house is well located for shopping , dinning and going to Dinsey . The park in which the home is in , is very nice and the poeple we meet were very friendly . The inside of the home is very nice .and having our own pool was great . Doreen and Steve are very nice people to deal with . I know Tim and I will be renting from them again .

  • We really enjoyed our stay. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room with the 4 bedrooms and 2 separate living areas. It was definitely much better than trying to cram us into 2 resort rooms, and it was definitely more economical with the full kitchen for the group to enjoy without sacrificing amenities like a pool for the kids. The location was great -- very quiet, nice residential neighborhood, a few miles from major stores, shops and restaurants, and very convenient for driving to the Disney Parks with Animal Kingdom less than 10 minutes door-to-door. I would definitely recommend for families and will remember Doreen for future visits to central Florida. Thanks for letting us use your property.

  • Our Florida vacation was fabulous. The house was so roomy, clean and comfortable. Our 3 grandkids loved the pool, having their own room and space and being able to stay in touch with friends on the internet. The layout with the bathroom off the pool, also the safety locks on the sliders etc. For me being able to do laundry while we were sitting by the pool allowed us to pack light. The kids also enjoyed the garage games. Close to all attractions, ammenities nearby, it was perfect for a relaxing disney vacation. We had stayed at OldKey West in Disney the year before and we were cramped in a studio, spent $$$ on take out food etc. To be close enough to return from the park, kids went in the pool, cooked a healthy meal, sometimes on the grill while they were swimming and all were refreshed to go out again at night to the attractions. Give this a vacation spot a 10/10 for vacation. Can't wait to go again. Been to Disney 10 times and this was by far the most economical and relaxing vacation.

  • Patty and I stayed at Doreen's home for 10 days in May/09. We have been to Florida numerous times but never used a vacation home, always went to a hotel. We found Doreen's home to be very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the attractions we wanted to go as well. The pool was magnificent, it was a major convenience. While there were only two of us in May we are returning in October with 3 others and there is more then enough space for us and more. I highly recommend this home.   • This was my 1st trip to Orlando and the house was better than a hotel could ever be (and more economical). It was neat, clean, & everything worked, It was in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for relaxing in the pool after a long day of walking around in one of the many amusement attractions in the area. Far enough to be away from the hubub, but close enough to be convenient to all the parks and restaurants you could ever want. Staying in this house made my vacation one of the most pleasurable I've had in a while. I highly recommend this house and this renter. Doreen was a pleasure to do business with.

  • We stayed for a week over Spring Break in April of 2008. The home is lovely, with all amenities thought of. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the gameroom set up in the garage. I'd definitely recommend this home to anyone! You cannot beat the close proximity to theme parks, as well as multiple good restaurants.
