Our whole property is 3000sqm.( big garden+ one big house + one small house)

There is a large terraced garden and the most wonderful view of the Aegean Sea with some of its islands - you can see it from every window.
The small detached house ("PERISTERIONA")is 70sqm big.
It stands on the top of a lush green valley descending to one of the nicest bays of sifnos. It is open spaced - entering level- that includes a spacious sitting area ( sleeping space for up to 4 family members), dining area, kitchennete and bathroom ( shower + toilet). On both entrances of this space there is a nice shaded veranda to enjoy the view and dine in nice summer evenings.From this main level there is a wooden staircase leading up to the gallery- which includes a kingsize bed, chairs commode etc.- and a marvelous view to the Aegean sea !! Lots of trees (olive, fig, pomegranate, and grapes) and flowers, nice voices of goats and sheep, and a tiny church nearby, dedicated to the saint of good luck- Agios Prokopios.
All facilities are within a five minute drive either to main town Apollonia or to well equipped fishing village Platis - Yialos. Some of the nicest beaches of Sifnos are a five minutes drive.

Final cleaning is included in the price- however, cleaning materials as well as sponges etc. stand at your dispoasal for your daily use and comfort. linen and towels are provided weekly.
Guests are expected to treat the house as if it was theirs- as it is not a hotel -and we do care about it so much...
