We were really shocked by how many things were wrong, poorly maintained, and missing in this unit. We tried 3 times to reach the owner by e-mails and voice messages,but there was never any response over the past week since our initial contact. Many lights (10+ were out, heater did not work, bbq propane was empty, insufficient stem ware/glasses, soiled and worn carpet, shower door didn't close properly, discarded boxes/magazines left in unit, cooking items were scattered throughout various cupboards, no local contact or maintenance person available, adjacent unit's air handler was broken with noises and vibrations lasting for 20+ hours until someone turned it off.........the list goes on. It is obvious to us that this is a remote absentee ownership who has failed to provide local support or supervision of the cleaning and maintenance of the unit. Bottom line, IT WAS A DUMP and not up to at least a minimal standard of care, owner's responsiveness, or responsibility. We would not recommend this unit to anyone given our experience, especially given that lack of responsiveness of ownership!!!!

This was the second time staying in this complex and again it did not disappoint. We had 10 people and if you don't mind sharing sleeping arrangements, it could accommodate everyone. It is easy to get to, and the shuttle stop is at the entrance to the parking lot so getting around was a breeze. No car necessary. The only complaint is that it is somewhat noisy. You can hear people in the hallway and doors opening and closing, but after about 9pm everyone is too tired from the slopes to make much noise. The condo was very clean, with everything necessary for a great time: kitchen accessories if you want to cook, laundry, tv and dvd if you are too tired from the snow and easy access to the Park City night life. I would definitely look into it again.

it was great, condo is large, and had more than enough room to our group (6). it would fit more people there for sure. location was close to everything plus the free buses stop right on front of the place. nothing else to say other than... it was excellent and once we are back in town it will be the same place. A+++++

I rented several properties during the Sundance Film Festival and this was my favorite. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, convenient, everything was exactly as advertised and more amenities/attention to detail than the other properties. The owner also went above and beyond when answering my questions and recommending places to eat/shop/run errands. Thank you for being incredibly considerate and making our festival experience so wonderful! I'll definitely be contacting for future Park City rental.

We spent 5 days at this condo in early January and the stay was perfect. It was very well furnished, everything was clean, and the instructions on getting in and settled were spot on. The Condo is plenty big for a good size family or two with plenty of sleeping arrangements for everyone. The big screen TV and satellite was very nice as was the fireplace. The Condo is located close to everything, including restaurants, shops and ski resorts. We skiied at Park City Mountain Resort and were in the parking lot getting ready less than 5 minutes from leaving the condo. Overall we were very impressed with the condo and the owner!

we were two families with 4 children, ages 16-20 and found the property spacious with enough bedding for everyone. the proximity to the shuttle was extremely convenient. we have been to park city several times before but had always rented a car. it was actually a cost savings to not rent a car. for grocery shopping we would take the shuttle there and take a taxi back to the property. there are several restaurants within walking distance. it is always nice to rent a place with stocked cleaning supplies, coffee filters, washing machine detergent. our arrival date was christmas day and it was a nice 'gift' to have a bag of coffee waiting for us. i thought we would have to walk to the marriott hotel in the morning for our first cup of coffee. the transaction with the owner was very pleasant and we found him very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Great place. Good size. The master suite is nicely separated from the other bedrooms. Nice having a washer/dryer. We had a car and were able to drive to Deer Valley in 7 minutes.

Our stay at the Sidewinder Condo was really fun. The condo is comfortable but not luxurious. There is plenty of room for a large group and parking was good. The location is real handy to everything in Park City. The unit was very clean and well organized for skiing/snowboarding. We did find it to be a bit skimpy on linens, no dish towels or extra bath towels, no hot pads in kitchen or bath mats for showers. We would have liked to have had a few Holiday decorations as our visit was close to Christmas but we were all quite happy there. We will stay there again.

5 adults, 2 kids stayed for 5 days at this condo and found it perfect for our vacation. We enjoyed the shuttle bus system with a stop right outside the parking lot. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants.

I stayed in this unit with my family for a long ski weekend. We had a great time. There were plenty of beds to accomodate all of us. The condo was clean and the owner was terrific to work with. All in all a good value for a great vaction. Higly recommended.

We had a great time staying in this luxury condo. The place was very roomy and we had no problem sleeping 10 people here. Everything we needed was provided for us from all kitchen items to a snow shovel. The location is perfect and is less than a 10 minute bus ride to Park City Resort or Main Street. We would definitely stay there on our next trip to Park City.

Amazing Place! Convenient to everything (skiing, shopping, grocieries, mainstreet). Very short shuttle ride to the slopes or an even shorter drive. The condo had all necessary ammenities. We longed for nothing the entire time. Very spacious, with a great open floor plan that allows for hosting many. Can't wait to come back!

This condo is prepared for any and every occasion. If your party has 2 or 12 you will be very satisfied. The ammeneties fit every conceivable need of any alpine trip. It was also very nice to be able to ride the shuttles to each and every one of Park City's attractions. I would definitely recomend this place to a friend.

This condo was amazing. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed and beautiful furniture. Large bathtub and shower. Closet space for hanging clothes and coats. The kitchen had beautiful granite countertops. Bar stools and kitchen table for many guests to gather in the kitchen. Beautiful balcony with spacious view. Living room couches comfortable with fireplace that kept the place warm. Altogether a wonderful place close enough to enjoy Park City entertainment.

I am extremely happy with my stay at Pride of Prospector. The condo is very large and well-equipped with everything you need, not to mention how comfortable and clean the place is. The entire condo is upgraded. We had 8 adults and everyone slept like a baby. The location is ideal, very close to everything in PC and easy to take the free shuttle anywhere you go. Paul was really great to work with. It was a no-pressure get away and an ideal location to enjoy Park City. Thanks!

We had a fantastic week staying at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect - quiet but within walking distance to restaurants. The shuttle bus system at Park City is super convenient. We were able to pick it up right outside the condo and it took us into to town, Park City Resort and the Canyons. The condo was spacious with plenty of room to spread out for the 8 of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. We also enjoyed the deck and grill and cooked out a few times. Thanks again for a great week! I would definitely recommend this condo!

A true Gem at Prospector Square! We were a party of five and had more than enough room. Great kitchen (although we ate out every night) large living area, clean comfortable beds and two spacious bathrooms. Easy access to FREE bus system and walking distance to steak house, pizza and a sushi restaurant. When I go back to Park City I would gladly stay at the Pride of Prospector Square!

We had a wonderful week in Park City. The condo was spacious and comfortable and equipped with all the conveniences one could wish for. Wow! Thank you for a great place to stay! It was better than my Marriot time share in Palm Desrt which itself is luxurious. When you said it was totally renovated, you weren't kidding. Really enjoyed the central location,we skiied Deer Valley, our fiends snowboarded in Park City resort and we both caught the free Park City bus right outside the parking lot, EASY..
