Our newly decorated home is on a quiet street which backs up to State games lands. This gated community provides you with security and peace of mind. This is a perfect spot for an enjoyable, fun-filled family vacation or quiet retreat. While you are relaxing on our deck, you can enjoy the wildlife. There are deer, wild turkey and pheasant for your visual enjoyment. We are approximately 2 miles from the second entrance to the community, but close enough to enjoy all the amenities Arrowhead has to offer.
In the winter, you can ice skate or cross county ski across the 190 acre lake. We are minutes from Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback.
In the summer, we are within walking distance to a heated pool, which has a play park. Also, there are 2 more pools to swim in, or select from 4 lifeguard beaches at the lake. Choose to play tennis at the 3 courts, play basketball and many other planned activities in the community such as, Friday night movies on the beach, bon-fires at beach , theme parties, dances, fairs, and bingo just to name a few. Outside the community, there is plenty to do. Try horseback riding, golfing, hiking, fishing, etc. We are a short drive to the Delaware Water Gap, several State Parks, Bushkill Falls, Boulder Fields, CamelBeach park and other local attractions. Or enjoy the spring and fall for all their colorful splendor.
About our home, it is a 3 story Chalet. The main floor has a living room with fireplace with lots of winter sun through the large windows, full eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, (1 double bed & 1 Queen bed), full bathroom. The 3rd floor is a loft, which has a single bed and double futon. The 1st floor has a large family room and bathroom. There is a deck on the front of the home. Parking for 3 cars. We have 2 TV with cable, DVD, and VCR.
Please note, this is a no-smoking house. To ensure that our house remains at its best, we do not allow pets. We take pride in our home and like our neighbors, so we do not allow parties.
