Island Sands Unit 103, Ground floor unit. Bright colored fun/fish theme. Would be considered plush or platinum on a rental program. Tile flooring. Corian kitchen counter top. You will not find a condo decorated any nicer.

This ground floor 800 sq. Ft. Is great for small families. Spectacular views of the gulf of mexico from your living room.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private half bath. There is two queen pull-out sofa sleepers in the living area. Sleeps six. One full bath in the hallway. The bedroom has a 19" TV/VCR/DVD combo. The living area has 37" TV with a VCR/DVD player, stereo. High speed internet!

Plenty of nice linens and extra pillows provided!

Large capacity stacked washer and dryer in unit. Iron and ironing board. You will love the full size kitchen with a large social bar. The kitchen is completely stocked. Dishes, cookware, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and oven.

Two telephones

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and video game sticks for the kids. I also provide 6 beach towels. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

Graco pack and play provided upon request for a baby if needed.

This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of 27 units and only three stories high. The pool is large and only a few steps from the front door. Barbeque area next to the pool. Only steps to the beach from your back patio.

Beach service and cleaning fee included in rent.

Must be 25 years of age to rent.

3 night minimum, $200.00 refundable damage deposit.

  • We were thrilled to return to the Island Sands condo on Okaloosa Island. It was just as perfect as we remembered. The condo is just like a home away from home. The beach was beautiful and the water was sparkling clear. We had so much fun collecting shells, playing in the ocean, and just relaxing on the beach. We can't wait to return. Thanks again for another unforgettable vacation. This is definitely our FAVORITE vacation spot!!

  • Open the back door and you are literally steps from the beautiful, white sandy beach. This ground floor condo has it all and the 1-1/2 bathrooms are a plus -- lots of towels and supplies. We plan to revisit as soon as we can. Sherry & Richard

  • What a GREAT condo! This was our first time staying at the Island Dreamer and we will definitely be returning next year! This condo had so many extras that it was simply unreal! As parents of two young children, the location of being ground level, and easy entry to the beach were priceless! Even on a cool day, we were able to relax on our patio, in the nice patio furniture provided, while our kids played outside, or in! The pool was a blessing as well! the beach attendants were well informed of the area, as well as appropriately interactive with our son and daughter. The beach was very clean, quiet, and there were so many families with young children. We thoroughly appreciated the chance to stay in your condo, Kim and look forward to Spring Break '10 with you!

  • I stayed at the Island Dreamer 4/19/08 - 4/26/08. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The beach was beautiful and relaxing. Beach service makes it all so easy. It was a true vacation - forgetting the rest of the world and just living in the present moment. Awesome!

  • I have stayed in Kim's sunset dreamer and the island dreamer condo both were absolutely wonderful. I plan to stay here every chance I can. It is close enough to all the resturants and activities but far enough away that you have peace and quite when you need it. I think anyone would be pleased with the condos and enjoy there stay. I only hope it doesn't get too popular or I won't get a reservation.
