"AS GOOD AS IT GETS" is the name of this gorgeous, luxurious, beach front condo within a small gated community. It is the entire third floor of a four story building right on the Gulf front. It has a one car garage, parking for other cars outside, and an elevator for easy access (no steps: all on one level). A 42 foot balcony off of the living area and the master suite overlooks the beach. A large back balcony, off the queen bedroom overlooks the pool.

It is on Scenic Highway 30-A, just one and a half miles east of Seaside where the "Truman Show" was filmed. There is a decorative "look through fireplace" between the master suite and living room. Nine foot ceilings, granite counter tops, all ceramic, carpeting throughout, HDTV, Wireless Internet, and GE Profile appliances are featured. All bedrooms have new flat screen TV's with cable, DVD Players, (some VCR players)
The beach is quiet... The sunsets are breathtaking! At night, the lights of Panama City glow over the ocean in the distance from the east and the lights of Destin from the west. A great area and condo for family reunions! The four bedrooms feature two King Suites, one Queen, two Doubles, and two Twins.
Unlimited local and long distance, two wireless phones, one in main master bedroom, one in the living room. Cell phone signal acceptable/good for most companies.
The Main KING Suite has an oceanfront, 42' balcony walk-out, wet bar with small refrigerator, 47" flat screen TV w/extended cable box, VCR/DVD, large whirlpool tub, his and hers sinks, separate shower, large walk-in closet, decorative fireplace, and an alarm clock.
The other KING Suite features a private full bath, 42" flat screen TV w/cable, DVD & VCR, big walk-in closet, and an alarm clock radio.
The Queen bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable/VCR, alarm clock radio, a walk-out balcony that overlooks pool and drive, shared full bath with 4th bedroom.
The FOURTH BEDROOM has Bunk beds with Doubles on bottom and twins on top. Sleeps six. Kids love the colorful "fish circus" decor, bunk beds, and bean bag chairs (for extra seating which can be used throughout the condo) Adults can use the room as well. 42" flat screen TV with cable/VCR/DVD, children's table and chairs (stored in closet)Lots of board games, books, etc. stored throughout and tons of beach toys in the garage.

AT night you can look to the west and see the lights of Destin and to the east and see the lights of Panama City Beach. The condo is built closer to the water than the property to the west for full ocean views out of the side window by the dining area. (see picture)

Why the Owner Chose Seaview II
We raised our five kids vacationing almost every year, down on Highway 30-A, in Florida. Back when we started in the late 1970's, there was nothing there but a few row town houses and an occasional shop or restaurant. As it grew and grew we really wanted to buy. We always looked at real estate every time we were down. I guess we had been visiting there for about 25 year when we finally bought a place of our own. In order to afford it, we have to rent it out, but enjoy sharing our place with others. We bought it about the time the movie "As Good As It Gets" won the Best Picture Award at the Oscars. So we thought it described our place perfectly and named it so. And it really IS as good as it gets!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We provide 2 beach umbrellas and 4 chairs that are set up every morning and taken down in the evening (daily, from March 1st to October 31st during the year, no service Nov. 1st to Feb. 28th is available on the beach)
A bike path runs in front of the property, next to the road and extends the length of Hwy 30-A. There are rental companies near by. We also provide beach towels for your convenience.

This condo truly is "As Good As It Gets"! It's large enough to accommodate a crowd without feeling crowded; nicely decorated, extremely comfortable, and on a beautiful beach. Anything we needed or wanted was within a close distance from the condo. We had a great time there and would definitely return.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
