"As Good As It Gets" is the name of this gorgeous, luxurious beach front condo within a small gated community. It is the entire third floor of a four story building right on the Gulf front. It has a one car garage, parking for another car outside, and an elevator for easy access (no steps: all on one level). A 42 foot balcony off of the living area and the master suite overlooks the beach. A back balcony overlooks the pool.
It is on Scenic Highway 30-A, just one and a half miles east of Seaside where the "Truman Show" was filmed. There is a decorative "look through fireplace" between the master suite and living room. Nine foot ceilings, granite counter tops, all ceramic, carpeting throughout and GE Profile appliances are featured. 5 TV's with cable, VCR & DVD Players, with Digital (including HBO and other movie channels)
The beach is quiet... The sunsets are breathtaking! At night, the lights of Panama City glow over the ocean in the distance from the east and the lights of Destin from the west. A great area and condo for family reunions! The four bedrooms feature two King Suites, one Queen, two Doubles, and two Twins.
The Main KING Suite has an oceanfront, 42' balcony walk-out, wet bar with small refrigerator, TV w/cable, VCR/DVD, Stereo/CD/Tape, large whirlpool tub, his and hers sinks, separate shower, large walk-in closet, decorative fireplace, phone, and an alarm clock.
The other KING Suite features a private full bath, TV w/cable, VCR, big walk-in closet, phone, and an alarm clock radio.
The Queen bedroom has TV with cable/VCR, alarm clock radio, phone, a walk-out balcony that overlooks pool and drive, shared full bath with 4th bedroom.
The FOURTH BEDROOM has Bunk beds with Doubles on bottom and twins on top. Sleeps six. Kids love the Cheetah decor and bunk beds, but adults can use the room as well. TV with cable/VCR mounted up on the wall, bean bag chairs, and other children's furniture (stored in closet). HALF BATH is in the entry hall.

- Beachfront: The beach is close enough to call down to the kids when supper is ready, the lot east of us is vacant which expands the views. AT night you can look to the west and see the lights of Destin and to the east and see the lights of Panama City Beach. The condo is built closer to the water than the property to the west for full ocean views out of the side window by the dining area. (see picture)

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: There has to be at least one adult over the age of 30 in this condo. We do not book Spring break college kids or any type of youth groups. This condo is mainly for family groups, as is the entire neighborhood.

- GREAT Biking path that runs along 30-A (new, very nice) Hiking, Grocery Stores, Gas, Postal Service, Most of these activities are available at or near Seagrove Beach, BUT Panama City Beach & Destin are only a 30 to 40 minute drive away & there are Wal Marts, a large variety of Restaurants, Other Amenities/Activities big cities would offer, However, you do not have to leave the Seagrove Beach area to have a wonderful & full vacation!
