We invite you to relax in our oceanfront new condo, fourth floor, nicely furnished in blue and sand color. Our location assures you nice swimming pools, spa and palapa. Install you in the chairs and listen to the Ocean Surf, watch the waves lap onto the golden sand and see the birds flying over the waves. A few steps down the beach and you see what people call the most spectacular sunsets on the Pacific coast, in the mostly perfect weather.
Our place is located north of the golden zone. It is easy to access to downtown by bus, taxi or pomonaria. Our place gives you a nicely furnished apartment, dining room and living room in front of ocean. We chose local artists (rock sculpting, iron work and wood work) to build our fine furniture, so you will find a personalised home for your vacation.
You will find a modern hotel with friendly speaking staff in a safe environment and city. Many owners here are English spoken. Enjoy the good food in our restaurant or go dining in town where there is many delicious places around, sure to please you. The Mini-Market nearby allows you to pick up any essentials you need if you don’t find them in the site. For those who like an active vacation, enjoy an game of tennis on the court on-site. Take in a round of golf or try your hand at deep sea fishing located nearby.
In the daytime, lots of activities waits for you: horseback riding, hiking, biking, jet-skis, Para-sailing and other water sports are some of the fun activities easily accessible . Be sure to visit the aquarium with over 250 species of marine life or enjoy a professional baseball game when in season. Take a short shuttle ride to the historic Mazatlan market and shopping areas to find unique area arts, crafts, clothing, and tasty treats. Then, go to museums and theatre folk music or ballet at the historic Angela Peralta Theatre and the free town square Plazas. If you like to go on excursions : go to near Stone Island, tallest natural lighthouse in the world, cities of Rosario or carpenter's city of Copala etc.

We fell in love at first sight. We came in a camper and are more nomads but, as soon as we entered in the place, as soon as we met the peoples living there, as soon as we saw the calm beach, the birds plunging in the ocean .... we decided to buy a condo !
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We are always so happy to arrive in our condo. We love the ocean view we see from the terrace, we watch the lines of pelicanoes and the boats passing far. We like to swim in the ocean and in the pool. And we love our city full of nice places to visit (our preferate is the Plaza Machado full of music and tipics mexican families we see while we eat in gods restaurants).
