A light-filled two-story entry welcomes you to the Bar-O-Ranch home which has your comfort primarily in mind and a "just right touch" of western decor to add to your enjoyment. Proceed to the living room and enjoy open views of the large wooded common area to the rear of the home. This view is also seen from the dining room, kitchen and a majority of the second floor living area.
Bedrooms include a queen master suite with TV, DVD and walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a queen and the third with a set of twins.
Relax in the private loft with TV, DVD, books, games, game desk and queen sofa-futon.
The cook will be happy in this exceptionally well-equipped kitchen if you keep her/him/them company from the adjoining breakfast area. The gas BBQ is conveniently located on the deck. A separate dining room with comfortable seating for eight boasts a built-in buffet and wet bar. Skiers might find themselves in Sunriver on a chilly evening. If so, an ample supply of firewood is provided for the living room fireplace.
If you're missing some of your group, you will probably find them watching the wildlife from the sunny deck or perhaps taking a dip in the private hottub.

We have vacationed in Sunriver for 30 years and this is one of the nicest homes we have experienced there. The house is in excellent condition and is very nicely furnished. It is well maintained and equipped with everything needed for a terrific vacation. Excellent location with good privacy yet an easy bike ride or walk to the mall and other activities. We stayed in this home with our adult children and young grandkids and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their space. We strongly recommend this home.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Hello Dorothy. I just wanted to be sure to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your home this last weekend. We have stayed at many many Sunriver houses over the many years we have been going over there, and your house was simply the best! It was a very relaxing, cozy and comfortable time in this home that was so homey. Very clean, kept up, loads of firewood, good beds and all the necessities provided. Such a view of the newly fallen snow. A great story about the Ponderosa grove in the back. Easy to walk, through the lightest of snow, to the Village and the lodge. We will come back!

We're here again and loving it more each time. We're having a family reunion of sorts; rented 4 houses in all and by all accounts your "Ranch House" was by far the best place. We love the ambiance of your home and the decor and wonderful stock of supplies. We'll be looking forward to our next trip.

Another wonderful stay. Had meetings in the Great Hall and really appreciate the location. You have a beautiful home that is so easy to relax in and feel comfortable. (Just like home!) Lots of wildlife right outside the back door - - deer with a set of twin fawns, squirrels and chipmunks. The hottub was great; the surroundings peaceful and lovely. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We hope to come again next year.
